    June 2024 I applied for tax credit with Village's at Carver *** ******* Leasing Manager assisted. She advised I could recertify when my overtime ceased with my employer. September 2024 I received the key and we did a walk thru. The apartment was still being renovated as cabinets were not completed, poor plumbing, heating and hair did not work. Maintenance came into the apartment and did not work, upon my arrival in the home, they left the water running in the tub, my front door unlocked and locked the bedroom doors, no repairs were done and I was not made aware they would be the unit that day. I let *** know , as of day 31 October 21st repairs still were not done. Tub backs up, toilet overflows called maintenance they are not able to fix it due a part they needed. ****** continued to leak. I asked *** why were they in the unit and no repairs were done as this is now day 31. I was not able to live in this unit due to plumbing, flooding and no ac/heat. October 30th I advised *** I would need to submit my pay stubs due me no longer receiving over time. *** said my rent would be the same no matter what I make. She the went to explain income based. However this not what she advised at the conception of my lease. I told her the rent is more than my pay she coerced me into signing the lease by withholding information for me to make an informed decision, by advising at the time of lease signing i could recertify for a lower rent amount. Now we are in November,request to speak to the manager Jermaineand advised the apartment does not meet the basic living standards and request a new unit as well as a review of lease due to misinformation by ***. They both ignored me and filed an eviction on me. As of Today I am in the unit, the toilet has flooded with f**** as well as the tub. I have called maintenance and noon has come , it has been in this state for two weeks now with waste in the commode. The heat doesn't blow in my daughters room. I called corporate.

    My reviews have been deleted twice . I dont care how desperate you are dont do it! I lived there for 3 years and was just recently evicted **** the office manager is the worst along with ******* that works in the front office and ******. They dont care about anything, I had to deal with a ceiling that leaked and fell through multiple times while living in the unit. Im not paying anything if I have to deal with with that ,we were exposed to mold and all they kept doing was painting over the ceiling I will attach pictures. The plumbing is TERRIBLE The toilet will run and they dont have anyone that has experience to fix it, if I had known I wouldve took them to court and sued them two years ago because the conditions are unsafe . People are always dying there someone just died about a month ago they wont send out letters to inform ***** have to find out through the news or word of mouth. The gate is always broken and rats are all over the trash thats thrown everywhere. I went without air for two months the maintenance men are soooooo lazy they have no cameras so anything goes nobody should have to deal with this and pay full rent they will be reported to hud and better business

    ********************************* is a current resident at the property. She did experience a leak in her apartment (living room). Her upstairs toilet leaked downstairs into her living room ceiling. The repairs were completed. Due to the staff shortages and supply shortages, there was a delay in getting the work order completed. Crime letters are sent out to alert residents of criminal activity happening in the community. Integral is constantly working with the ******* ***************** to minimize crime in the community. We currently have courtesy officers, APD officers patrolling the community after hours, we hold a monthly stakeholder's meeting with the local police department, the housing authority, Integral's senior Management team and the on site team to discuss issues in the community and ways to work together to combat them. ********************** was on eviction for non-payment of rent. She failed to pay rent on time.

    I cant pay rent in a apartment thats unlivable. I dont know who would, I have 4 children that has gotten sick due to mold in the unit from the ceiling falling in 5 times. Maintenance has came to paint over it instead **** hiring the right team to fix the issue. I have proof of all the times I physically went into the office asking for help even cried because its frustrating to live in a unit with urine leaking from the ceiling and having to smell mildew for days because no one has came to spray or put anything down for the leak . There are several people that can vouch for the living conditions, they werent willing to work with me with the rent knowing these conditions I had to deal with they didnt care. I dont think anyone would pay rent living in such conditions, the property is terrible overall rats running around people dont have AC in 90 degree weather and people are always being killed someone was killed recently and the office didnt notify the community . This complex is being sued by several people because of living conditions they dont care about residents.
