He is getting leads from ProReferral/********** through a ***** or someone that works there. He called me after ********** put my name and number in their repair system. He gave me a false name and came to my house. I paid him for parts that he did not order. He charged me for a letter of authorization from ** for $95.00 and they do not charge for. He would not show up and had one excuse after another. He dropped off one part, did not fix my refrigerator and it was a damaged a used part he put in a box. He is a scam and he has someone helping him. This started on 12/20/24 and today is 1/27/25 and my refrigerator is still not fixed. I recently got him to send me a copy of the parts invoice and the return address on the invoice is in **? He needs to be in jail.

***** replaced a heating element in our ******* dryer on June 26, 2022. ***** provided us a warranty on this work. This fix worked for about a 2 week span before something else burned out on the unit. ***** came out to replace the second item, because as he even admitted he was obligated to because the element inside was under warranty and he would have to at least come out to rule that out. Our dryer has now broken a second time since ***** has touched it and ***** now refuses to answer calls or texts from my wife and from myself. He is not honoring his warranty for coming out a third time. We are now stuck with a broken dryer (turns on but does not dry). Despite paying him $425 and then $50 for his second trip (which was just to help him with the cost of gas to our house).Furthermore, the pipe between the inside of our house (behind our dryer vent) and to the outside was built about 2 feet too long. Thus, prior to ******* second trip, this pipe was not bolted into the inside of our house. ***** thought that it would be better if the inside was bolted. So he shoved the pipe through and bolted the inside. As a result, ***** busted the pipe through to the outside of the house to stick out 2 feet. And he also broke the external dryer flap that was attached to the pipe.My wife immediately contacted ***** (he was probably only about 5 miles up the road at this point), that he broke the vent flap and pushed the pipe outside of our house by 2 feet. He denied that he did this. My wife responded that "who else could it have been no one else has been touching our dryer". He then rudely responded that "I am not coming back and that is final".So not only are we out $475 without a working dryer, but ***** also broke a vent flap to the outside of our house that was perfectly intact.I think a fair resolution would be if ***** would refund us $200 to cover the $475 we are out plus dryer flap that he broke.
