    I was to get a call back in 3-5 Business days with a Dollar amount for a refund and my mbrace remote start was not working and I paid for 1 year upfront! I called twice and was assured a call and it has been 2 weeks!

    Hello. I spoke with a representative by the name of **** in October regarding my services being disconnected. I asked him were there any trials for ******** me because I wasn't currently working at the time. He told me thank you for being honest and I will give you a 12 month trial. He stated your card will not be charged but we need one to be kept on file. After months later I get a bill. I spoke with customer care, the lady stated the rep was no longer there and she will reverse the charges and I will not be charged. I was told a manager will give me a call. It is now December. I have called at least once a week . I have been transferred to special services and told they will send it to their manager and the manager will give me a call the day off. I also was told give manager 24 hours. I continue to get the run around and I am very unsatisfied with ********. I have never experienced this with Any other company. Calls are being monitored and recorded So I am unsure why the call cannot be replayed and this could be taken care. I was told by a Rep the call will be listened too months ago and still hasn't happened.I'm not sure what the issue with this company but they are representing ******** badly.

    Why should you even pay for the app features?? These are just basic stuff that should be included period!!

    Bla bla bla! Mbrace is a total rip off, they hire off the street ghetto people to work as customer rep. ** 3 months trial ended on April 2022, I called in 7 days prior to trial ended and spoke with Mbrace that going forward I only want the app start feature and not the concierge. They gave me a 1 year price in which I paid in full. Little did I know they charge me for **** June and July of 2022, $20 each months for the concierge service when I didn't authorize it. The first rep that spoke to me on July of 2022 agree and advise that I'll get my refund. About 3 weeks afterward, all they gave back was $18.00, they took $60 dollars from that I didn't authorize and only refunded back $18. Since July of 2022 I've been on the phone with them over and over, they promise that a supervisor will call me and refunded back but they never call. Each time when I call in they have no clue of what's going on. Today 12/07/22, I call and spoke to a supervisor name ********* who's very rude and disrespectful. She say that there's no record of me calling in back in April to cancel the trial, which is a total bogus!! she try to upsell me for more service for a discount... Everyone who's reading this, please stay away from this service, it's a total rip off from ********* Especially the Mbrace department, they're very unprofessional and theft! It's not about the $60 they took from me, but the nature of incident, poor ghetto customer service and they lied about everything. Becareful of what they tell you, because they'll act like they don't know what's going on.

    Total scam! The dealership set up the service and did not tell me there was a charge. No statements, no email to tell you they are charging you. Horrible customer service when you discover the fraudulent charges.

    Worst customer service EVER!! I didnt know this level of bad customer service existed until I experienced Mbrace!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

    Not worth it! They force you to get other packages when you cant even use it. They say you have 5 years from the original purchase, but disconnected mine 1year before. The customer service agents are all liars! Id rather have onstar

    It is a scam! Terrible customer service. Entertainment package is a joke. Radio stations work 10% of the time. I-heart radio never works. It is worst service ever. Will not buy a future ******** if it comes with the same type of radio ! Horrible service !

    This is the worst service, I cancelled over a year ago recently with out my approval my cancelled credit card was charged. Nonetheless Mbrace decided to only refund me a apportion of the annual amount that was billed to my account. After calling several time, to inquire of the remaining amount due to me, I was told consistently that someone will contact me within ***** hours to discuss the problem. As of today i reached out to Mbrace again to inquire of the refund and was told I needed to speak with their executive department. The executive department only accepts voice messages, and will return them within ***** hours. WOW. A company that represents ******** ***** which provides worthless customer service needs to be revisited. Regrettably this service is being represented by Mbrace is not one that ******** needs to continue to partner with.
