    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Miles Insurance regarding their handling of my claim related to an accident that occurred in May 2024. The driver at fault in this accident is insured by your company, and I have experienced a series of frustrating and unacceptable delays and a lack of communication.After the accident, I promptly contacted Miles Insurance to file a claim. The agent I spoke with took my information and assured me that an adjuster would be sent out within ***** hours to assess the property damage. This did not happen. After waiting a week with no communication, I called back and encountered a rude agent who informed me that they had not yet spoken with the policyholder, despite the police report clearly indicating he was at fault.Two weeks later, I reached out again for updates, as my vehicle needed repairs, but I was met with silence. No one answered the phone, returned my emails, or replied to the numerous voicemails I left. Finally, at the end of September, I received an email stating that they do not send adjusters out and requested that I provide pictures of the damage. I expressed my concern that photographs could not accurately convey the extent of the damage, but the agent insisted that it was the only way they would ***********, five months after the accident, I received another email indicating that they may not have enough budget to cover the repairs on my car. This ongoing situation has caused significant inconvenience and distress, and my vehicle remains damaged.

    This company is out of business, according to BBB, but it is still listed on Experian.com as a working insurance company and is still accepting credit card payments and bank info as if it is a good working business. This company is scamming people.

    My policy is a pay per mile policy in which I must provide odometer photos for verification, I had an accident and my car was in the shop and was unable to take photos. 1) called mile auto and was told by representative that I can call after I have my car back and price would be adjusted since I was being charged 333$ with out driving the car Once I got my car back I called to get my account credited. **************** would not provide promised credit to account and I requested a supervisor, after waiting I was told that one would reach back within 24hours After 3 days I called back and was told that no supervisor is available and that they would reach out after one week with no response I called back and seems that calls are being screened and dropped and when a person is reached I am put on hold and call gets dropped 2) shop dealing with them has been a nightmare Difficult to reach anyone to get info. Estimate provided was for a small part of accident and refuse to approve damage caused by accident and adjuster was very difficult to get a hold of which caused delays to get car back and cost me 300$ additional in rentals due to slow pace

    On July 3 2023 I had my truck parked in front of my house and a insurer driver from this Company crashed against the back of my truck ( Rear Ended ). The truck ended up half way in the road and unable to drive , a towing company showed up and tow my truck to their premises , I got in touch of his insurance and they told me it would take sometime but that they would get back to me, since then everything has been a run around and they accepted the police report. A couple of months went by and I tried to settle , they said at first the my truck was worth around 6 K and they would put numbers and make me an offer. Than they said they only cover 10k in damages and it would have to be split with another car that was also damaged. I have done everything they asked me for and still to this date I have not gotten paid. They are a scam

    I was in a car accident 2/28. Not my fault. My car was totaled. My insurance company was suppose to be handling the claim for the car (Mile Auto). It has been 2 months now, they claimed to have mailed my check out but it was never received. Not by me or my finance company. When calling or emailing about it I am asked to allow more time. Theyre holding my money and now my lawyer is involved. This company should be shut down. They dont operate truthfully or under good business.

    Yes this insurance company is not understanding I have reached out to them numerous times about the auto payments and how hard it is to pay on the 3rd of each month they did have if where I was split paying but this time I got no attempt to withdraw from my account on the 3 but got a email saying we attempted to withdraw and were unsuccessful now your insurance is cancelled seek another insurance company immediately for continuous coverage I do not get statements in the mail or anything instead of the company offering maybe a changed payment date to help me they continued to have the payment on the 3rd and then slammed a cancellation on me my bank usually lets me know if I am being charged for something by text or email I received nothing not only that if my payment due on the 3rd and they backdated it on their documentation as if it was on the 1st of December usually insurance company give up to 10 days to pay before cancellation they did not attempt to debit my account because I would have gotten notification

    This company has always sent me a text, with instructions, to update my Odometer reading in order to charge me the proper amount each month. ***** is usually around $47-$51 a month since I don't drive a ton. Yesterday I received an email from Mile Auto, with zero texts or emails before it for this prior monthly bill. That email stated that I owed them $110.75, which in the supplied statement says is for driving ***** miles. ***** would put my Odometer at ******, which is also listed on this statement. Except that I didn't drive that much, I have iron clad proof of that, which is of course my actual Odometer reading of ****** miles as of 1:25am September 9th, 2023. So they either sent a text to another ************ being charged for their miles, or even worse they're outright trying to steal from me. I will not drive my car until this is resolved, because I refuse to add a single mile to it until this is fixed by Mile Auto! I'm not trying to get something for free, I just want them to follow through with their prior good treatment of me (no problems all year, until now) and fix what is very clearly THEIR mistake & to only charge me for the miles I drove. I cannot afford to pay for other people's mistakes.

    My insurance coverage was canceled with no warning at all and I was involved in a accident and they don't want to cover my damages. They said they sent me notification of the cancelation but instead what I received through email was a receipt showing I paid. Then they said they mailed me something but I also never received any correspondence through mail from them. And when I originally called to report my claim the lady I talked to was the first one to tell me my policy was canceled but she didn't understand why and researched for a bit and couldn't give me answer. And that it shouldnt have been canceled. And filed my claim. And she insured me it was a mistake and my claim should go through. I feel like there lieing to me about the cancelation notice because there saying the me they sent a notice on June 17 and I've checked my emails and there's nothing. But I did receive from them my receipt of payment on June 19. Now I a damaged car they don't want to be liable for.

    I spent $187 for car insurance. My car was never insured by company after the payment. I've reached out to customer service about a refund and have yet to get a response. I just want my money back.
