First time allowing Eurofed to repair my Porsche. I thought it was going to be a great relationship but it was the worst experience. I brought my Cayenne into ***** for a coolant leak he then found some other issues which cost me extra. I paid for the extra repairs. I also had an oil change done additional money. After 3 days of picking up the car which I was told I should have any more issues by ***** and thousands of dollars my truck has oil level issues, the oil change was not done properly, how do you have to top off a car that just had an oil change these are suppose to be professionals my car still has a coolant leak problem, light came back on , the tire pressure was off etc. I can go on when I brought the car back to Eurofed with pictures he assured me it was old oil due to the oil pan not being clean and that he would pressure wash it. That was not the issue after telling him the light is on again he now states i need a water pump when he had the car for over a week and was suppose to test it. They did not apologize after it was an oversight on them and did not work with the repair cost. I did not drive the car for 2 full weeks and I was back at Eurofed with issues that were suppose to be fixed or recovered at first. I dont recommend this repair shop and I will be filing an official complaint with consumer affairs because I feel taken advantage of as a ******** Addition in that Saturday I had to take my car to get the coolant leak fixed and spend an additional $1000 this is unfair and discrimination being taking advantage of someone needs to stop this from happening

Customer spoke with an associate at our repair facility multiple times prior to bringing in the vehicle for service in which she was assisted with the financing options avalible per her request since her current shop did offer that service. The customer was made aware of the extreme price difference and the fact we were willing to match the current mechanics price in order to obtain her buisness and build a new relationship! The vehicle was inspected by a "mechanic " who did previous work on the customers vehicle who misdiagnoed her vehicle coolant leaks weather from lack of experiance with this caliber of vehicle or lack of proper diagnostic equiptment. After explaining the options to the customer on weather or not she would like fully repair the vehicle or just repair what we had originally discussed. The customer wished to spend the extra money to repair her vehicle so it can be operated to use as transportation.

The customer who has openly explained she does not know anything about cars seems to the be the difficult obsical to over come here. After the service while the weather was around 17 degrees the oil change was completed at this time our pressure washer had failed (broken pipes) due to the incliment wetaher ga has recently experianced. The porsche vehicle are very sensitive to oil level as they do not have a dipstick that is physical it is electronic and it is a ****** able concern for this vehicles sensitivy to oil level. We explained to the customer who returned concerned and tried to educate her on how small of a range the oil level she is seeing is depicting. We expained that the oil gets thinner when the vehilce gets warm and with the current temps it would be worse to overfill the vehicle. The customers sumbitted picture says it all the vehicle oil level is okay. it is within the range that the manufacturer has set for addacuate oil level. We have told the customer that if they wanted to come back i would be happy to reach the full line. During this time it was made very clear to the customer who made many accusation regarding "messing up her oil change"  A vehicle is not supposed to burn oil so as long as it is within the range of the oil level it does not reflect the complaint of "it was not done correctly"

The customer coolant light came on due to the customer being on edge and wanting to make her feel comfortable we brought her out to the vehicle. At the vehicle we applied a shop special tool called a cooling system pressure tester to the expansion tank which we explained to the customer is a tool designed to apply pressure to the cooling system. It was further explained that the cooling system is a closed system. if there is any pressure drop you look for a leak further. We inspected vehicle and found no coolant leaking and while the customer was out at the vehicle she was able to see the system she was explained put pressure on her vehicle and it not leak down. No coolant leak was present at this time

On the next customers visit we did indenitfy a coolant leak from the vehicle original waterpump. on this vehicle the location of the water pump is located on the front of the engine with vewies obstructed by the drive belt system. We advised the customer on the leak that was present and asked if she would like to repair the leak.

The customer was offered before work was started at another repair facility for us to take care of the water pump leak to avoid the theatrics and a hurtful misleading review left to slander our emplyees and lie stemming from ignorance. This customer is unable to comprehend what is being explained to her by the senior staff upfront who went above and beyond for this customer.

***** is the Worst! "I had a very disappointing experience with Eurofed. Not only were their prices extremely high, but the quality of service was far from what I expected. They actually broke my front car door during service, kept my car for two days, and still didnt fix the issue. After repeated attempts to get it resolved, I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's frustrating to pay a premium and not get a good outcome, especially when they dont seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. I wouldnt recommend Eurofed if youre looking for quality service, fair pricing, or timely repairs." ************ is terrible, they have since tried to repaint my door. They mentioned it would be ready in 4 days and it has been almost 3 weeks. The car was dropped off to me but the door is worse than it was before.

$5614.20 - August 13 2024 - Steering knuckle, Lower control arm, and sub-frame were not repaired properly and steering is still damaged. Repeat attempts to resolve with manage and **, but all attempts were met with refusal; recommending I go to a Jeep dealership because they can't figure out how to fix it, yet they still want to bill for their guesswork. The accepted my car and promised they had the techs to fix it, then ***** (lead tech) quit, and since then my repairs have not been fixed. So the backup techs get to work trying to guess at repairs. In order to get my car back, I paid the bill of $5614.20, yet all three of the repair issues are incomplete, unreolved, and will require the same expense for another shop to rebuild steering, TPMS, and fix engine noise. Note: I made the shop aware of the incomplete repairs via phone and email, exhaustively...yet, the manager and GM say there is nothing they could do to resolve. Dear BBB and Mr. *********************** you for providing us the opportunity to address the concerns raised in the complaint. We understand Mr. ******* frustration and would like to clarify our position while also addressing the situation as accurately as possible.
At Eurofed, we take pride in offering high-quality automotive repair services, and it is never our intention to leave any issue unresolved. However, after a thorough review of Mr. ******* case, we would like to present the following information for consideration:

The vehicle was brought to Eurofed as part of an insurance claim related to damage sustained on the right front wheel and steering knuckle. The necessary repairs, which included work on the steering knuckle, lower control arm, and sub-frame, were approved by both State Farm and Mr. **** ******* All work completed was in accordance with the approved repair plan.

Attempt to Resolve the Issue: Upon the initial diagnosis, our experienced technicians identified the repairs needed for the steering knuckle, lower control arm, and sub-frame. The work performed on Mr. ******* vehicle was based on this diagnosis and was carried out with professionalism. Our records show that Mr. ****** was informed about the extent of the repairs needed and that he approved the work along with State Farm Insurance, see attached claim.
Challenges During the Repair Process: Our team of qualified technicians continued working on the repairs to the best of their ability. At no point did we rely on guesswork; we conducted thorough diagnostics and followed appropriate repair procedures based on the vehicle's condition. We did however refuse to drive the car at speeds of 90mph to feel a vibration. After riding with Mr. ****** several of our technicians refuse to ride with him due to his reckless driving habits.
Subsequent Communications: ********************* concerns about the incomplete repairs, our team made several attempts to further diagnose and fix any issues. We, at the direction of Mr. ****** replaced all four wheels, we supplied new TPMS sensors at no charge to him so they would match the wheel. The new TPMS sensors would not calibrate with is Jeep Grand Cherokee. With that said we offered to replace with factory Jeep TPMS sensors at which he refused. In an effort to provide the best customer service, we advised Mr. ****** that further repairs may need to be completed at a Jeep dealership, which has specific expertise with the **** brand.
Billing: The amount of $5614.20 reflects the parts and labor for the work completed, which was approved by Mr. ******* While we understand that Mr. ****** is dissatisfied with the outcome, the services rendered were necessary based on the diagnosis at the time. Our intention was never to charge for unresolved repairs, and any perceived issues remaining after the fact were outside the scope of the original agreement.
Customer Service Commitment: Our manager and general manager have been in consistent communication with Mr. ******* and we have reviewed all the details of the case. We are committed to finding a resolution within reasonable means, though it is essential to acknowledge that some repairs may fall beyond our specialty, hence the referral to a Jeep dealership. We are more than willing to assist in coordinating further diagnostic assessments or to facilitate the next steps with a Jeep specialist.
Resolution Offer:In the interest of maintaining good customer relations, we are willing to offer an additional diagnostic assessment free of charge. However, a full refund would not be feasible given the extensive work completed and the parts installed.
We strive to resolve this matter amicably and remain committed to assisting Mr. ****** in any way possible to ensure his vehicle is restored to full working order.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
    Sincerely,
    Justin

I am rejecting this response because:

My vehicle has not been repaired properly, has un-approved part types, and will cost more time and money to fix.

The shop has been given 2 second opinion letters from ********** Automotive and from ****** Tire. They need to accept that they took on more than they could handle, and thus damaged my vehicle trying to repeatedly guess at repairs.

Eurofed should pay for the damages done to my vehicle and remove the risk of further damages arising from the use of poor quality parts.

    Sincerely,

    ****** ******

The car was repaired as per estimate given by State Farm, with supplied part numbers.  When a car comes in with damage such as the client's car there is always a starting point.  We have supplied an email thread showing where the correct TPMS were ordered and had customer schedule to return on 10.14.2024 to test drive car and have an in person meeting with ***** and myself.

    Regards,

    Justin

Filing a complaint against Eurofed Automotive of Buckhead for their failure to properly diagnose and address the rear differential mechanical failure with my 2018 ************* GLA 250. After receiving a quote for a substantial out-of-pocket cost from ************************* for a rear differential failure, I turned to Eurofed Automotive of Buckhead, which was recommended by my extended warranty company, Endurance Warranty. I explained the issue and agreed to the diagnostic fee when I dropped my vehicle off on January 22, 2024. Eurofed's diagnostic assessment did not address the known issue with the rear differential. Instead, they provided service recommendations totaling over $3000. When I insisted on the rear differential issue, they dismissed it, attributing the noise I heard to trivial sources like my license plate and employee badge. Despite my persistence of it being a pre-verified failure, Eurofed opted to do a brief road test which only yielded vague suspicions about a bearing and refused further investigation to file a claim. Ultimately, I took my vehicle back to ********************, where the rear differential issue was initially confirmed. My extended warranty covered the entire repair, except for the difference in labor costs which amounted to a little over $800. Eurofed's reluctance to address the issue delayed the necessary repair covered by my warranty which could've resulted in other vehicle powertrain failures and even on-road issues. This resulted in a $206.35 diagnostic fee (Order #******) as I refused their recommended services for not addressing the main issue. I reported this poor service to Endurance Warranty and suggested Eurofed's removal from their list of approved providers. I also believe that when I mentioned my warranty, they already planned on not confirming the issue to avoid me using it. I urge you to investigate Eurofed's practices to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar frustrations and financial losses.

Around 3 weeks ago i took my car a 2006 ******** SL55AMG to them for a hydraulic leak on the front suspension. They discovered that I had 2 hydraulic lines leaking and just recommended to me that it would just be better if I just do away totally with the hydraulic portion that controlling whats causing the issue and change everything underneath to regular suspension.First I was told a little over $5,000 and later after they started the work over $6400. Because they discovered into the job that they had to change the pump to the power steering for it to work which they should of already none. i had no choice and no issue but to just go along with it.i was called yesterday by ***** a employee there stating that the car was ready for pickup but there was a light on stating that there was something wrong with the car from the work that was done but dont worry about it, it was done. i stated to him that I wasnt picking the car up like that.He stated that the car would be put outside and that was that. When I asked him about the light he stated they could get it off for an additional over $800 ! for labor and parts! isnt this what I already paid them for being that I have already paid them $2960.73 of what the balance suppose to be! I shouldnt have to pay for someone guess work as they go along when I was given a price for the complete job ahead of time! I was assured they had did this many times before. I am a retired disabled veteran on a fixed income and dont have money to waste like that. I paid for them to do a service and shouldnt be charged additionally for something that wasnt alreday wrong with my car when I took it there !

Final transaction took place January 17th, 2022 I spent around $5000 give or take, at eurofed *********** I was being provided was a free oil change as compensation for them previously damaging and improperly working on my vehicle. My dispute is for the reasoning that I didnt make it 3 miles away from eurofed after leaving before my oil filter cap came off due to improper installation from the tech at eurofed and caused my car to burst into flames and was deemed totaled. The business has not tried to make it right at all, ive received hateful and threatening messages from mechanics at eurofed and have been ignored by owners such as ************* after trying to receive some sort of compensation after losing thousands of dollars. They have everything on file under my phone number *************
