    We brought my car in for an oil change last year. The shop failed to put my engine cover back on. We contacted them, they said they couldnt find it and would order a replacement. I contacted them on July 8th 2022 and spoke to someone who said ***** ordered a replacement on Amazon and they were waiting for it to come in. I waited and waited and never heard back from them. I called them again January 20th 2023 and they took down my phone number and said they would call me back and again we have not heard from them. They lost the cover and have lied repeatedly about taking steps to replace it. Additionally, the headlights on my 2010 VW were ******* clear before we took it into the shop, and we noticed after having it serviced there that one of them is suddenly cloudy and does not match the other one. This simply could not have happened overnight after the headlights remained clear the previous 12 years of the cars life. I believe they stole one of my headlights to use on another vehicle and replaced it with the cloudy bad one.
