    As I was eating my cinnamon roll I found one long Piece of blonde hair on the corner of my cinnamon roll. I ignored it and tried to continue eating it only to find another price inside the cinnamon roll. All I wanted was to enjoy my 6$ cinnamon roll.

    Ordered Cinnabons online and the product wasnt at the store they want more money. I wasnt gonna pay double for the Cinnabons so I called cancel the order and they charge my account anyway and its been two months now they will not refund me the money they said. 29.10$

    We ordered a 6 pack of cinnabons n 6 icings. Door dash delivered them ard *****pm n they were hard(stall) that I could not even cut them qith a knife. I called the store the next morning an spoke to ****** explained the situation to her, she was very rude n did not want to hear anything. The bill was $48+ an was told she cud not refund my money to call doordash. I asked for a manager n was told she was Not in yet n would call me when she arrived, her name was ****, that was last ******** still haven't received a ******* way to run a business. I also sent an email n have Not heard anything yet.

    One October 19th we stopped at the *********************** in ************ around 6:30 pm on our way home from vacation. We stopped at the cinnabon that is connected to ***********. We stood there for a couple minutes waiting for an employee. Finally I asked a *********** employee for help. He spoke with his Superior and advised us that the cinnabon was closed. Clearly they weren't closed but we went ahead and walked away. Shortly after, a girl appeared behind the register so we went back. They didn't have any regular cinnabons so we ended up ordering a four pack that was sitting on the display. The cinnabons did not look normal but since it was all they had I went ahead and purchased. It was approximately $22. We were not offered a receipt. When we got home to eat it, I realized they had expired on October 17th. I have tried to contact cinnabon corporate on October 20th, October 24th, and October 31st. No one answers the phone and no one responds. Not only is this awful customer service but the fact that they are selling expired food is a safety concern. I would like my money back and an apology. Photographs can be provided upon request. For some reason the photograph is larger than the limit.

    my issue is this place is charging tax for food rather you purchase it online or in store....i made a purchase and they are located in the mall and when i purchased i was charged tax and the mall was closing and i was not eating in

    Made a purchase on the Cinnabon website for delivery. I received an email indicating that my delivery was cancelled. I called the store and was told that the store didn't offer delivery. I had previously ordered from the website multiple times with the purchase being successfully delivered. Then I was told they use a 3rd party for delivery and I would have to contact them. I contacted them and they said I would have to contact Cinnabon. I keep calling and speaking to different people and kept getting the run around. No one wants to refund me for the order I never received.

    transaction date 10/25/23, 29.99...staff tried selling me 10hr old buns, the ones in case were supposedly fresher yet no icing, was told by employee that icing cost extra, when I opened box after 1 hr trip home, purchased from ***************** location, sales staff rude especially when i refused the the rolls that were stale, not risen and disgusting, contacted ***************************** the mgr of the location, she assured me she would send host coupons to be used at the store we exchanged phone numbers and gave her my address, have yet to see a refund or coupon, tried contacting cinnabon directly...no response etc

    I was at ************ in **** at your Cinnabon store I wanted a six pack of fresh Cinnabons that were $30 and some change the manager said no you have to take day off for that price on your sign it says nothing on there about taking day-old your day old look like it was week old if youre gonna sell something thats all that have a sign if not I shouldve got fresh for $30 , just happen about 7 PM so that stuff that was supposed to be day old was really old so how can I tell how old it really is and I dont Watch them again there was no sign saying I had to take day-old for $30 what is the problem I can read very well Im 70 years old and well educated thank you very much for your time ***********************

    On November 21, 2023 an order was placed for 2 orders of cinnamon rolls from the Cinnabon at the Outlet Mall in ***********, ********. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told that the cinnamon rolls had not even been put in the oven. I asked how long it would be and was told about 30 min. I returned after 45 minutes only to be told that my order was still not ready. The employee at the register who informed me twice that my order was not ready acted as though he thought the situation was funny. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I tried to explain to him the situation all I got was a blank stare. At no time was I offered an apology. And at no time was I rude to either of those employees. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would have to contact customer service which I did. The third time I called customer service I was informed that they were not going to do anything as their employees claimed that I had cursed at them. The bottom line is that I paid for cinnamon rolls but never got them. I had to leave the store because the employees were rude and kept telling me that my order was not ready. I waited a good 45 minutes for my order. I just want a refund as I paid for a product that I never received.The order #: *****************

    On Saturday Sept 30,2023 I stopped at Cinnabon at *************** Mall, *************************************************************************** and purchase 4 large cinnabons n 5 cups of icing. When I returned home and was going to have them for dessert to my surprise they were stale and hard and the icing as well. I called the corporate number and all I got was a recording to leave a message which I did and NO one has called me back. Been ***** for a week now.
