"I am travelling at the end of November- looked to expedite service via ***** who partners with Rush my Passport- They bill you prior to even determining your eligibility- once the docs are printed you will realize the DS11 Template that they have you fill out is not accurate which will lead to a rejection and their ability to request added expedite fees - i reported the issues with the template, and was double billed by this agency, advising that the paperwork was rendered unusable based on their prompts- i also do not qualify for the expedite but they still charge in full and am currently looking for a full refund as I do not trust these people with my personal documentation based on the quality of their services and template. Specifically sections 10 11 18 and 21 on the form are not correct- and you cannot manually alter by hand- can't believe I got sucked into this scam by ***** as a partner- 398 in the hole that they are arguing that can't be refunded since I printed these unusable docs, and another 398 that was double charged pending in my account." ...
