    Once I figured out the Tech Support Really Meant "Make Sure the Internet is ON" when the directions clearly said to "Make Sure the Internet is OFF", everything went super well and I am completely happy with my purchase.

    I accidentally downloaded it. I didnt even know what it was. I emailed them saying I downloaded it by mistake. They said the only way they would refund my money is if when I call their customer service to be stepped through the download and then if it didnt work then they would refund my money. I do not want it!!

    A scam company do not purchase from them. On 1/22/23 I purchased MS ****** Professional 2019 for $39. I followed instructions, 1st removed MS 365 (******) and installed 2019. I can NOT find 2019 though MS 356 (******) is back, and it wants me to download and purchase it. The email has an email address, and the message states contact them immediately if I have a problem, they usually respond within minutes. After 1st email, I resent it again a day later with new message, still no reply. One of their emails had a very professional screen, message was from a customer support rep and "We'd love to hear from you!". I selected Submit Request and sent my original message, this was 1/24, no response. I should have searched for reviews of the "company" before ordering, stupid me, never again. The company is a fraud, I am out $39. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You have been warned.

    The company is a total scam. I purchased a digital key that I could not get to, and ultimately Helpful Downloads will not provide a refund. Disregard what their website says - it's completely false. Do not spend money with this company. You will get nothing in return.

    Customer beware. They will not call back. They will not keep an appointment. Even their replacements to recent windows 10 versions won't register. Reported to credit card companies.

I install on a USB SD-32gig bootable in bios set-up and a deleted hard drive not donated, the installation began asking me for 25 characters password. It register windows and installed 100%.
