Rcvd Vanilla gift card for $100 on bday 11/01/22. On Nov 30, 22 I wanted to use it so I called to remind myself how much was on the card. It said $1 which was incorrect. I never even opened it out of the package to use it and $100 was put on there. (have receipt) I researched to find out it had been used in the middle of the night on line at a Target in **********. I am in Fl. I was told to open a dispute which I did on Dec 1, 2021. I was told it would be 90 days. I called March 16, 2022 per *******, a replacement card for the $42.97 dispute portion went out on Feb 17. It takes 30 BUSINESS days to get to me. Once I get it and activate it, THEN they will dispute the $56.03 portion. What the heck?? I should have received the $42.97 card the 1st week in May. It is the 16th of May and I have not. I called AGAIN and spoke to ***** who put me on a over 21 minute hold and came back to say that the dispute is still in review and no card had been sent on. It is wayyyyy over the time frame of the 90 they wrote me it would take. I asked to speak to someone in the states as this ************ due to everyone has a hard to understand accent. They said there was no one in the states to speak to! This is the most miserable bday gift I have received. I have done everything they have asked and they will not replace my money that I clearly didn't spend. The cse # is ********. I have attached any and all paperwork. Thank you for your time.

I read the attached pdf from Mediation resolution. I have no idea who they are or how you guys got their information. There is a DISPUTE RESLOUTION TEAM P>O> ********************************** that is on the correspondence from vanilla gift card as to where to send the dispute, however, you guys sent me an email that says you can't help me, prior to this. So I am out of luck. Happy birthday to me, goodbye $100.00
