    This company charged me an additional $38 for three months! Im glad I checked my account. No where along the line of purchasing from this company did it state if I wanted to be apart of a subscription! Complete scam! Im trying to get refunded

    This company charged me an additional $38. This charge happened 3 months after my purchase under a different name. ****** search shows this is routine for Pupsocks. They claim its a third party, that they are in business with, and somehow I signed up for "content" service when i bought from Pupsocks. Total scam.

    Unbelievable! After purchasing socks paying extra for express delivery before Christmas they charged me by their sister company twice $33 and explaining me that I probably accidentally signed subscriptions No phone line Only email Shame on this business

    Ordered as a Christmas gift. They arrived a week after Christmas. Poor quality. Socks arrived with holes in them. Still waiting on replacement. Not happy at all. Total waste.

    Socks ripped the first time they were put on. Runners all over both of them. Cute idea, but not if you ever expect to put them on. Contact with customer service resulted in nothing. No reply to my question or complaint. Glad I received item, I guess. Seems like many didn't or didn't in a timely fashion. This was a special Christmas gift for my wife, and it turned out to be a waste of money and pretty embarrassing to be honest.

    This is a scam. I was charged for bogus internet apps after I purchased from them. I had to close my card and report as fraud.

    Product was lousy: wrong color, blurry printing, holes in the socks. Pupsocks did not respond to multiple attempts to correct the situation. AVOID!

    My order #PS50134804 came with the incorrect image. The order verification page showed he correct image.I have attempted to contact them for weeks now with now response. I don't want socks with a chihuahua on them, but the cat image I sent them!Link to cat photo on the confirmation page : ***************************************************** I wish this could have been resolved directly.

    Paid for expedited delivery for socks prior to Christmas, sent a note on 12/23 stating they didnt know why it wasnt yet processed would follow up Product arrived 1/8/24 and was produced incorrectly images were great but ************ came as orange!1/9- Contacted 2 email addresses with images of the socks, no response. Sent another email and text to marketing on 1/16. No response. I just want replacement socks in red or a full credit. No phone number for issues and clearly not a concern for disappointed customers.

    Item was promised by 12/24/23 and did not arrive as promised before Christmas.Item was poor quality and they sent me a pair of socks that does NOT have my dog on it....it is someone else's dog. It is 1/117/24 and I do not yet have the corrected order.When I asked for a refund of shipping charges because it did not arrive prior to xmas as promised..... they ignored me.When I received the incorrect item and asked for a refund......they continued to ignore me. Terrible experience.
