I am rejecting this response because:
I recently received a debt collection notice from your office. I am writing to verify that you have
contacted the correct individual and to request that you provide documentation confirming this.
Please supply me with a copy of any contract or agreement signed with your company or the
original creditor.
In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), I request the following
information:
1. The name and address of the original creditor and the current creditor.
2. Verification of the debt amount you are seeking to collect, including evidence that
a contract exists creating the amount you claim is owed.
3. Documentation of all assignments showing the transfer of the debt from the
original creditor to the current creditor.
4. Proof that the original creditor securitized the debt.
5. Documentation showing the assignments of the debt from the original creditor to
the secured trust and then back to the original creditor.
Please cease and desist from collecting on this debt until you have provided validation of the
debt.
Additionally, I request that you do not access my credit report or report anything to my credit

I received a call from my account *** on 4/5/2025 around 3:30pm. I answered and all he said was Hello ******. I had to ask where he was calling from, he proceeded to mention a previous phone call where we spoke about an arrangement, and I let him know I couldnt do anything that day with the arrangement.He proceeded to tell ME how I wasnt going to pay my bill, and then brought up my credit score and credit history. He referenced my credit score and credit history by telling me based on those factors, it doesnt look like Im ever going to pay my bill or any bill thats brought to me. Then proceeded to hang up on me. First, why does this *** have access to my full credit ***ort and credit history? This seems illegal and I will be exploring legal options for this matter. Second, no information was verified before bringing up my credit ***ort and history, which also goes against **** guidelines. I will be exploring legal advice for this as well. Third and most importantly, this is how this company handles customer service? This is a disgusting display of collections practices, and I will be following up on this with legal ***resentation unless someone in this company can provide me an IMMEDIATE explanation for how me and my information was treated today. No. I talk to AT&T. They told me they put $450 credit on my account for the iPhone max and iPhone pro that got lost at there warehouse. That still dont make sense for me to pay 1600-2000$ for phones that AT&T lost. My credit report is hurting over this . The iPhone max cost $1500+tax and the iPhone pro cost 999$. +tax. *** drop the phones at AT&T warehouse and was lost on their watch . Idk how AT&T making me pay for this.Business Response

I honestly dont get why PLAZA SERV is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. Per our records, Plaza Services has closed both of these accounts since 2021 and 2022. Plaza Services, LLC has never submitted any information associated with these accounts to any credit reporting agency. There have not been any communication efforts relating to these accounts since closure in 2021 and 2022.

I have no contractual agreement with Plaza Services, LLC and am not liable for any alleged debt they are attempting to collect.I have sent both a cease and desist letter and a debt validation request demanding proper documentation proving their authority to collect this debt. I have also filed complaints with the ************************************** and the **** to document their actions.If Plaza Services, LLC attempts deceptive collection practices, including reporting this unvalidated debt, they will be in direct violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(a)(1)(A) of the ****, which prohibits furnishing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information to credit bureaus. Their failure to provide documentation also violates the ***** by attempting to collect a debt without validation.For their convenience, I have attached dispute letters to prevent them from claiming non-receipt. Any such claim will further prove their bad faith practices.Plaza Services, LLC has a pattern of evading complaints and failing to verify debts, as shown in multiple BBB reviews exposing their deceitful tactics.
