    Though Federal law does NOT require us to provide validation of a debt when it has NOT been requested by the consumer DIRECTLY from us in writing by U.S. Mail, we nevertheless, as a concession, provide both the contract and the assessments in our response.  The complainant  may contact us directly to discuss repayment.

    I recently got a letter from your company claiming I owe a debt related to the account listed below. As of today, its been within 30 days of receiving that notice, so Im formally disputing the debt and requesting full validation.Account Name: LAS PALMAS Account Number: *******Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), specifically 15 USC 1692g, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 USC 1681b, this debt must be verified before any further action is taken. You are not allowed to continue collection efforts or report this account to credit bureaus without proof that I actually owe ***** asking that you confirm the validity of this debt by providing proper documentation, including anything with my signature or details showing my responsibility. If you cant verify it, the account must be deleted from my credit report under 15 USC 1681e(b) and 1681i(5).Until you verify this debt, do not report anything further to the credit bureaus. If you already have, you are required to contact them and update the account as disputed, or remove it completely.Also, please do not contact my employer, friends, or family. I dont want to receive any calls about this debtsend everything in writing only.Please acknowledge that youve received this dispute within 14 days.
