    I purchased a ticket to ONE Music Fest 2024 for a total of ****** which includes all fees. On September 10th,2024 *** advertised "flexibility" and "Guaranteed returnable tickets". when I inquired about a refund i was told that they would not honor it as tickets are "non-refundable".

    Refundable ONE Musicfest tickets were purchased through **** - an independent ticket reseller company.  **** went out of business suddenly without warning.  They did not let us know they were closing their doors, nor did they turn over to us any monies that were collected from patrons.  They collected the money for these tickets directly, and would be the company that would have to issue a refund.  If the patron purchased ticket insurance through them, they can contact the insurance provider directly.

    ONE Musicfest is still honoring the **** tickets, but we can not offer refunds for tickets we did not collect money from.

    Please see the screenshots for exact amounts and dates of the payment installments Amount totaling to $790.00 Front Gate/ONE Music Festival had committed to providing the entertainment and experience of a lifetime, with major headlinersThat promise was unfulfilled as I was robbed of that experience The nature of this dispute is to be refundedIll never ever get to experience what that concert and weekend couldve been, but I should at least be able to receive some type of compensation as a consumer, who paid a substantial amount of money to experience these artists and whatever other fun and offers presented itself inside of the venue Unfortunately, neither business has tried to resolve the matter with a urgently responsive and reasonable resolutionjust a lot a policy pointing and cold shouldersabsolutely no regards to me being a victim of such a crime that weekend They had advised the event all over social media and the radio for months, across cities, states, and continentsthere was no way anyone could have missed who was in town and whod be performing. It was also a multitude of College Graduations and one other major event going on in the city during these dates, so anyone desperate to be apart of anythingsomethingany fun festivities could have boldly taken what was not theirs. I however had already paid for my event/experience long before that weekendlooking forward to that weekend, and had every intention of going. Unfortunately, that was unable to happen.

    ONE Musicfest took place as promised on Saturday and Sunday, October 28th & 29th at *************.  As noted in our terms of service located on our website at ***************************************, all tickets are non-refundable.  We offer ticket holders the opportunity to sell their tickets back to the festival through our Lyte exchange on our website at ***********************************************. The patron did not take advantage of this option for whatever reason.
