      I will copy and paste my initial email to help paint the picture of this situation below: Hello, my name is ************************* (file # : *****). My home address is ************************************************. I utilized the funding program related to Covid 19 and received mortgage assistance from March 2023- September 2023.When I had applied and was approved for assistance my mortgage servicer was through ************************* (SLS). I am reaching out because I was just made aware a few days ago as I went online to start my mortgage payment for the month of October that I was no longer with ************************* since June 2023. As I called out to my previous servicer (SLS) I had discovered that I'm now with ************* as my mortgage servicer. Unfortunately , due to me not knowing of this change I had never made **** Save The Dream aware of these changes, therefore the payments from June-September were sent to the wrong servicer (SLS). I spoke with a customer representative that directed me to inform **** Save The Dream of the changes and to have the missed funding redirected. I will attach the welcome email along with the outstanding balance from June-September 2023. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me via email or by phone at ************. Thank you for your help.Thank you,************************* *This issue ongoing issue havent been resolved and Im currently at risk for a home Foreclosure. Ive been in frequent/ weekly conversations with **** Save the Dream for this problem. **** Save the Dream was making payments to my previous servicer, however in the month of October as I was supposed to start making payments on my own again I had discovered my servicer had change to ************** I wasnt aware of the change of mortgage services therefore the previous servicer was still collecting payments from *************************. Payments to Flagstar are missing for a total of 4 months due to this situation and lack of communication & again risk of fore

      We recently experienced a fire which destroyed our outbuildings. Our insurance company issued a check in my, my husbands and the name of mortgage company( Angel Oak home loans).I've tried calling company several times with no success. Every time you get an automated response informing that "no associates are available, try calling back in 30 minutes". Their website is malfunctioning as well. It is not letting me log into my account.I would like for Angel Oak to contact me as soon as possible and endorse the check, so we have funds to do nessecary repairs to our backyard buildings.
