  Terrible company!!! Charging me fraudulently after the lease has expired and my car sold to the dealership. I called in to cancel autopay and was informed that it's been canceled. Yet I was charged full lease payment for an extra month and not sure if they will continue to charge me. Extremely rude customer service and refused to transfer the fraudulent payment back to my bank account. I will be pursuing this legally and have my lawyer involved in this whole process. I sincerely believe they should not be allowed to do business. I am shocked that Porsche Auto is allowing this substandard company to run Financial division for them. I hope the State ************************* takes action against them.

  My 2014 Porsche Cayenne had emission problems. I reciently had gotten out of the hospital, my wife told that during my hospital stay the porsche engine light came on. After I got out of the hospital I took it to the Porsche repair people *** which is not a Porsche mechanic from Porsch themselves, they are good mechanics that are cheaper than Porsche. I figured that the Warrenty had expired on my 2014 Porsche. I recieved the examination explanation from *** and decided to call up the Porsche Dealer to make sure that the *** people where not over charging me for the repair job they were about to do on my Porsche. Then after talking to the Porsche represenative, which I will leave out his name cause he is a good guy and this is not about him, its about the fact that the Porsche Financail Services in ************* up of I hear, 5 or 6 people had decided that, Even tho the Porsche DID have problems.. I had to change the *** vavle and the *** valve and all the work totalling over $2800.00 of repair work. They know that it would have cost through Porsche alot more for repairs and they would have had to give me a car rental. When I was talking to the Porsche services guy, he informed me that my vehicle was still under warrenty until Decemeber of this year and this is ****** I was so mad at myself. He told me that I should just send an explanation and a copy of my bill to the Porsche Financial Services and hopefully they can at least cover a portion of the bill if not the entire bill, because according to him and what he was seeing, all of this would have been covered by the warrenty, and if I had known that it would have been covered, I would have ****** it into the Dealer for repairs. I am so frustrated, I worked for over 31 years in the military and I have tried all my life to do my job well. I see people and companies just doing enough to get by, you would think, anything that would have to do with Porsche would be great, well, I am NOT impressed.

  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!Porsche leased me a ***** vehicle... Kept it for 6 months while trying to repair it. No loaner car supplied. PFS threatened me to keep paying my lease or they would ruin my credit. The service manager at the dealership promised PFS would waive 6 payments - which seemed fair - but was apparently wrong. Ultimately they did replace the ***** they leased me but refused to reimburse me the 6 payments I made while I had NO CAR.
