      The aforementioned company is dedicated to selling information about jobs, the problem is that they promise many things and in the end they do not back anything and send you fraudulent information and always try to blame you for the supposed misuse of their application, they do not support you absolutely 1 cent of what you invest trying to grow your business with the alleged information that they are selling you since they charge you for information that does not exist and they do not reimburse you absolutely nothing, they deceive you by saying that that information is true, which is false no They make no attempt to remedy the situation to help you, and your money is lost, since they do not reimburse you at all Before investing money with this company. Think twice, since once you put your money with them, you don't even look at your money. No true information in any way, since they send you fraudulent information

      Don't use this company. They steal your money. They ask for a $350 monthly budget in return they gave 7 leads 5 out of 7 are no reply or fake leads. I was paying $350 weekly for 2 months. When they send leads your not supposed to be charged until you accept or make contact with a lead . Well after the first month I was charged for receiving a lead no contact. I called in spoke to a representative and asked if they changed their policy without notifying the clients. Guy laughed. These people are crooks.

      Were truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and the frustration it has caused you. Please know that its never our intention for any client to feel misled or unsupported.
      Our policy has not changed: the value of each lead is deducted from your account balance as soon as it is delivered. As long as your account has funds available and is not paused, you remain eligible to receive leads. Charges are not dependent on whether you personally accept the lead or make contact with the homeowner. That said, we fully understand that not every lead will result in contact or a job, and on occasion a bad or unreachable lead can slip through. This is why we have a process in place to review and credit leads when appropriate, and we encourage our clients to use that system so we can make things right.
      We are also very concerned by your report about your phone interaction with our representative. Professionalism is something we take very seriously, and we are looking into this matter carefully. If the behavior you described did occur, it does not reflect the standard we expect from our team, and we will address it directly.

      Worst company to ever do business with. People stay away from this company. Their leads are no good.

      You didn't mention anything about refunds in your complaint, but we've gone ahead and refunded the $350 charge from 7/29 as well as the $23 charge from 8/7 and we wish you and your company all the best going forward.

      The start, let's several months ago, I'm gonna decided to look for a company that can give me some leads and new clients. My first payment was ***************************************************************************************************************************** lThey were customers will never answer the phone. We called most of the customers back, and most of those customers never respond back email phone call. We decided to pay another $500, which we ended up losing. . 95% of those leads or basically no answer they didn't request, job. All I am asking is that this company shouldn't be in business. They take advantage of you. They give you wrong information wrong clients. I don't wanna lose any more money. So all I'm asking is for you to close my account. And return the $434. You took this month....

      I found out that this company is selling my information to contractors without my permission and charging the contractors for the lead even though *** never done anything with the company. I want them to stop selling my information so i can stop being harasses by other companies

      I bought leads for my roofing company from this business. It appears that they are a total scam. When given a lead, I immediately called and emailed as well as texted the customer. To which I got no response ever. Called each lead for a week as they instructed, no reply ever. The 3 that I actually talked to stated that they never asked for someone to call and were skiddish about the information that I had on them. I drove to a few properties to see if they were real, they were not legitimate roofing leads. They took my money for the first month and convinced me that I was the problem. I decided to try again. And yes , I fell for the scam again. No one answered or returns any contact . They have thousands of reviews, they must be bogus reviews. This is a scam!

      Networks has sent in fraudulent leads to me throughout the process, I would be cautious to have anything to do with this business as they send false leads that none can contact, fake numbers, and no answer to 90% of the leads they send. You are better off going door to door than to hire these crooks. I inquired on April 21 of a lead, and the customer never answered after trying multiple times.Then they charged my Bank account and not the $306.00 dollars that I had set in the Networks app for use, When I called them, they were very rude and pushy and did not have a good explanation, so I cancelled my account and asked for my $306.00 dollars back to my Bank account but they refused and kept my money without providing any service as i am no longer with them and my account is cancelled. I would like my money back from these delinquents and beware if you are an honest employee of them to look for a different opportunity as these yahoos will be out of business soon.

      Were sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
      Over the course of your one-year relationship with Networx, you received a total of 40 leads. Of those, you requested credits on 6 leads, all of which we granted without hesitation, resulting in a 100% credit approval rate. This demonstrates you understood how to use our credit system and that we honored every reasonable request made through our standard process.
      Regarding the other 34 leads, we were never contacted about any issues with them during the time the account was active. This BBB complaint was filed one month after the account was already closed, and represents the first time weve heard any concerns about those remaining leads. Had the client submitted credit requests, we would have gladly reviewed those leads as well, per our fair, industry-standard lead credit policy.
      As with any lead generation service, not every lead results in contact or a job and we do acknowledge that occasionally bad leads can slip through. However, many of our clients see significant success using our platform, and we work hard to maintain the overall quality of our network.
      In terms of billing:
      On January 9, you were charged $206, which we have now refunded in full as a gesture of good faith.
      After that date, there were four additional lead purchases totaling $135, all of which were individually selected and purchased by the client.
      Regarding concerns about a recent phone interaction, we take this seriously. We are actively investigating the conduct of the representative involved, and appropriate action including termination if warranted will be taken to uphold our commitment to professionalism.
      We genuinely regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. However, we believe we acted fairly, provided prompt credits when requested, and even issued a voluntary refund beyond our obligations.

      (2/25/2025), (3/25/2025), (4/25/2025) - $300 ea. Time spent: 17 hours Total: $3000 The business advertised to provide quality leads for my exterior construction business. I have called leads, and no answer by any one of the leads provided. I do not believe they are legit leads. I believe the company is spamming me with fake information to keep stealing money from me. I paused my account with them, and contacted their contact that contacted me, asked for my account to be put on hold, and I have heard no response, nor was my request to pause my account honored. I only wish that my money be refunded, and that my time spent on trying to resolve the issue, and now file this dispute, and others, be paid for.

      Hello , to whommay concern Networx is a fraudulent company. All you have to do is look at the reviews. They are all anonymous I paid for 46 leads. They were all fake. We not get one job. They always have some type of excuse after proving that the addresses or homeowners information is fake, including non-or disconnected phone numbers they need to be sued and shut down. I have all the proof. Had a call with *****, and there was multiple racial slurs.

      According to our records, your account was activated on February 26, 2025. You made two payments totaling $598, marked one of the leads as a closed job worth $500, and received a $123 refund upon cancellation. In the end, despite your concerns, your account still yielded a positive return.

      I signed up with Networx in 2000. They required a deposit of ******USD for leads. The leads they gave me were not for my trade initially. I just paused the leads for 5 years. Recently they failed to pause my leads after I sent them an email. I got a message a week after the email I sent on April 1 that I received a new lead to paint 2 bedrooms. The lead cost about 105USD. I didnt have time to do the job, but I called the customer and left them a message. Then I called Networx and asked why my leads werent paused. I always sent an email in the past and it worked fine. I also told them that the lead was classified wrong and was not for 2 bedrooms but just for a front door. Long story short, I told them I wanted to close my account. Remember the deposit? Well they said they dont issue refunds in cash. They said they issue refunds in leads. Think about that for a second. I dont think the company is morally sound. Ive seen a lot of other complaints similar to mine. I would like a refund of my remaining deposit.

      To clarify, your account with ********************** was created on March 3, 2020, at which time you made a $500 deposit for leads. We're sorry for any confusion around the type and quality of leads you received, and we regret that your recent request to pause your account was not processed in the timely manner you expected. After activation in March 2020, this was just the 2nd time out of 96 successful pause-attempts that the account wasn't paused on time. The first time was in December/2023 and the lead we sent was immediately credited back to your balance when you let us know that you had meant to be paused.
      While our policy clearly states that deposits are non-refundable and are issued as credit toward future leads, we understand that every situation is unique. In light of your long-standing relationship with us, we have issued a full refund of the original $500 deposit as of the time of this response.
      We are committed to supporting our pros and sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. Should you have any further questions or need assistance with your account status, please dont hesitate to reach out.
