            I attended an appointment in which I traveled from several states for a consultation. In this consultation, I need a validation of what I am feeling such as the sensitivity. I asked for the person in which I met with to give me ALL THE NOTES, PICTURES, RECOMMENDATIONS, NOTES FROM THE DOCTORS WHOM VISITED ME DURING THE VISIT, E-COPY OF THE ESTIMATE TO CORRECT, THE PICTURES OF THE TEETH IN WHICH WAS PRESENTED IN THE CORRECTION THE **** THE TEETH ARE NOT THE UNIVERSAL "WHITEST" I WAS INFORMED THAT IS WAS WHEN I GOT THIS IN MY MOUTH. Yes I appreciate the service while I was there everyone was SUPER NICE but now I need the cusotmer service to follow through upon leaving I was told by the lady whom gave me physical copy of documentation. I ust EVERYTHING GIVEN TO ME IN ELECTRONIC FORM PLEASE. I have sent an email and text and I spoke with ******************* and left a message. I was promised by the lady whom i met with stated she personally send me EVERYTHING 9AGAIN EVERYTHING IN TWO DAYS Now it is a week that has went by i am receving pictures which is noice but not what I need I NEED ALL AND I MEAN ALL "EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT' FOR MY CONSULTATION iF THE *** IS A FEE I WILL PAY I JUST NEED THIS CONSULTATION SO I HAVE DOCTORS OPIONON AND RECOMMENDATION AS TO WHAT IS GOIVNG IN MY MOUTH SO I CAN NOW HOW I PLAN TO GO FORWARD. AGAIN I JUST NEED THE DOCUMENTATIONS THAT IS ALL I AM ASKING JUST LKE WHEN YOU GO AND GET A CONSULTATION FOR ANYTHING ELSE. I NEED THIS DOCUMENTATION AS I WOULD HABE TRAVELED ACROSS THE STATES WITHOUT SLEEP TO GET THIS CONSULTATION ALL I WANT IS THE DOCUMENTATION. THIS IS SIMPLE I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS COMPLICATED. IF TH*** IS a cost again i will pay . But I requested this informaiton and asked if I would be provided with all this beore i booked. it is necessary and important to me. so please give me the e-v-e-r-y-th-in-g PLEASE. the consultation cost so surely this is something that would be provided and at this point a i will pay if it is cost i jus

            Dont be fooled! Dont let the all the **list celebrity pictures, warm blankets, and hand massages fool you. This practice will ***** you for everything veneers, cleanings, whitening. I deeply regret ever walking in the door. My teeth werent terrible to begin with, and I was seduced by their promise of the perfect smile. What a load of c*** Tens of thousands of dollars later, I am very unhappy with the result and my experience with this practice. My teeth look fake, unnaturally Hollywood white, and the same veneer broke off twice in less than 4 years (they will lie to your face and tell you theyll last ***** years). My natural teeth were completely filed down to vampire-like nubs (they gloss over that fact REAL quick in the consultation) and now I am stuck with maintaining them for life. People never say nice smile to me, they say oh, you had your teeth done. Part of the gum over one of my front teeth is permanently receded. When I went in to have it addressed, the first thing they did was try to sell me on more veneers. Do not waste your hard earned money to help these cash-grabbing, fame-hungry dentists to buy more vacation homes and fancy sports cars. Even as a long term patient, I was asked to hand over a credit card in the middle of a procedure, while they literally had the nitrous gas on me. The staff are more interested in talking about what TikTok videos they watched last night instead of paying attention to their patients. If you do decide to go with veneers, do your homework and shop around. This place is charging close to $3000 per tooth, which is 2-3 times more expensive than other metro dentists.Upon leaving the practice, they were also super shady about even providing me with my clinical records. I almost never write online reviews, but I have never been so angry and disappointed in a dental provider in my life. I sincerely hope that others will think long and hard before giving this dental chop shop your business or your money.
