I have been a loyal customer to APCU for many years. I received the **** Platinum card a while back, They then changed the card to a different design and all of our old cards would no longer work and we needed to start using the new one. I have all of my payments to all of my accounts taken out of my account automatically every month. When they changed the card over to the new one, as far as the payment history goes I was late on the monthly payment because mine went to a bogus account that one of the ladies there had created when I tried to change the auto pay over for the new card. I called and she assured me that it was taken care of and explained how it had happened. She had one number wrong in the account number so my payments weren't posting, and I was then showing as late. Now, I have excellent credit and an excellent payment history on my credit report but now I have one, just ONE late payment on my credit report for something that I had no control over. I have called APCU but I get the same lady every time that did this to my account, and I am always assured that they are going to fix the issue by letting the credit companies know what happened but 2 years later, it is still showing the payment history on that card was one payment late. I have many accounts with APCU and we have had no other issues with but this one is just going to stay on my credit report for the next several years because no one there in that **** will do anything they said they were going to do. Their negligence has really caused me a lot of grief because I worked so hard to keep my credit score high.
