    On September 19 2024 I went to Clear Choice for a cleaning It had been some years since I had a cleaning. The first thing the young lady that did my cleaning say to me was I ready to get a upgrade on my teeth I told her no that I barely could afford to buy food. Then she also said that my teeth may break. She took them out to clean and told me she was going to take them to the lab to have some of the bottom taken off so I could clean them better. She didnt say anything about taking some off the top as well.On the way home I could tell that something wasnt right, when I got home I call the office to ask them if they had taken some off the top of my teeth I didnt get to talk to anyone, I left a voicemail ask them to give me call with no response. I tried to see if they would be okay but it was so irritating I could see my screws. I made appointment to go back to the office and have the fixed them back the way they were when I came in for my cleaning They have totally destroyed my teeth. I called again after that visit and ask to speak to the office manager she did call me back but I missed her call she left a voicemail saying she would call me back, at this time I havent spoke to anyone.

    paid money for implant change my mind because I only needed two implant an it was to munch money an was told 12/14 days before I can get my money it has been one month an now no one wants to talk to me I paid ***** dollars

    April 1st I put down a $5000 deposit to have some implants done. I told them I wanted to go over the plan with my normal dentist - after doing so my dentist said all of that work is not necessary and recommended me to someone who wasn't insisting on ripping all of my teeth out. I have been asking for clear choice to refund my deposit and cancel my payment plan and I am just being ignored at this point. I am not sure what else to do. Please help me!

    I have contacted ClearChoice Dental for a free evaluation, the procedure they wanted to perform was subject to failure due to my pre-medical condition for which I have consulted with my existing dental doctor for a second opinion. I have contacted Clear Choice and told them to refund the money to the lender on 27th November and they promised to do it within 3 weeks which they have not done yet and have not provided any confirmation or reference of the refund

    I have spoken with the patient today. Explained that we initially kept fees because of amount of time and effort we spent trying to help him. He is has decided to begin treatment with his general dentist and plans to come back to us in 6 months for implant placement. We have agreed to refund his payment. He stated he plans to remove the BBB complaint.

    I have been contacted by Clear Choice regarding the return of my deposit, which in my receipts says that they are refundable if I do not continue with the treatment... I have been waiting for them for a month and the manager told me that she would return them to me and I have seen them. I haven't heard anything from them...

    I have been a patient of ClearChoice and I have been waiting on two implants for about a year now. I have had nothing but difficulties, broken promises, unprofessionalism, disrespect, and a huge waste of my time. I have called corporate on numerous occasions with the set expectation that *************** was going to call me back, and she has not done so yet and it has been over a week. Im in a position where *** spent $10,000 for two implants that I do not have!

    I paid $7000.00 for my upper denture they made it the first time and it was too big, the second one still too big I can't eat my bottom teeth keep hitting the roof of my mouth . I save my money and paid all of it and still can't eat. I call so many time and no one will answer me I leave lots of message no one return my call please help me. I am in so distress thank you.

    Due to an issue with clear choice, dental centers, pricing, and finance obligations. I thought it wise to cancel my procedure due to the astronomically high interest rate that the company charges if you do not have the money upfront my doctor also recommended. That I get a pre-surgery examination as this procedure is a major medical procedure clear choice dental centers pressured me into excepting the loan but now that my doctor has stated that it is not safe for me to continue with the procedure no one at clear choice will return my call help refund my money or cancel the loan contract for the procedure that is not going to be scheduled I received over 50 calls to initiate the procedure, but now I cannot receive 1 call in order to get assistance with my cancellation recommended by my doctor ******** BEWARE OF THE EXCESSIVE FINANCE HARD SALE TACTICS AND LOAN OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE NOT FAIR TO ACCEPT WITH INTEREST RATE HALF THE ***** OF THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DR AND THE ***** PERSON OR CONSULTANT REPRESENTATIVE I want all of my down payment, monies returned I want the loan canceled And I need it all completed before the end of the week

    On 1/25/2022I had a consultation done at Clear Choice Dental. At first they quoted me ******** for a upper Arch implant... I told her that was like buying a car.. I told her I would shop around..I went to another Dentist their price was ********. She called me to ask what I had decided what to do.. so I told her the price from the other dentist... she says let me go talk to the manager... She came back and said we will do it for the ********. That's what was financed. Now they have me in prototype..I had appointment in November to get my permanent teeth they say I have to pay another ******** first. I can't bite.. food can't taste.. have a hard time chewing and infection.

    10.21.21 was the date of my surgery to give me implanted dentures on top and bottom. This was considered Phase 1. I was not/am not satisfied with their service, so opted not to proceed with Phase two. On 10/28/22, I overnighted a letter requesting my unused money be returned to me $18,430.00. I have received nothing but the run around, and excuse after excuse. Today, is 12/08/22 and I still don't have my funds. I emailed twice this month alone and received one response, that they were on vacation, but the manager would look into it. Of course, I have heard nothing back. That's what they do, stop communicating. I am not for sure if you need the authorization to release health information or not, but to avoid ClearChoice from giving the BBB the run around I filled it out, just in case.
