I went to see them beginning of December , paid $1200 for a cleaning.... yes I agreed this absurd price because they made it seem that I was losing my teeth ( I am 29 years old) -- anyways, I made an appt to go see them for a follow up after I came back from my trip 12/11/2022- 01/06/2023 so I made an appt on 01/10/2023.the lady said no, I needed to go before then so she could check me again, so she scheduled me for another December appt 12/8/2022. I did not make it, I was called to go to work. then on 12/9/2022 I receive an email saying that I was charged $150 for missing an appt, I CALLED so upset, asking them to please refund me, I was at work and could not make it, they said sorry I signed their cancellation policy in which they were allowed to charge my card. I did not ever sign such policy that is absurd, and a lot of money. They kept my card without my authorization, and charged me without notice. they have bad practice, bad customer service and honestly I do not trust their medical opinion. I went to another dentist and they said I do not have tooth decay like they told me I did. and I should file a complaint but I never did because of time- with kids a work.. I regret going to this place and wasting so much money. I am so sad that this happened to me. but I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

At first, they worked on the wrong tooth & tried to have me pay for their mistake, but then agreed to clear my bill because that wouldnt be fair. I had to come in repeatedly for a crown that was too big or uncomfortable, causing pain, discomfort and kept falling out. They have been working on this particular crown for over a year. Nobody could tell me why it kept falling out, just kept adjusting it. Until, they gave me an option to get my money back or a re-do. I agreed to the re-do if it would be fixed & never have this problem again. They promised me that I wouldnt have this issue again after the re-do. Well, it kept falling out after the redo. ************************** refused to fix my crown and let me walk out with a job in-completed, my mouth uncomfortable, and didnt even offer a refund. He refused to work on my mouth because I said that I will be writing a review on what has been happening. I asked him if it was out of retaliation, he said, no I just dont want to fix anyones mouth who would write something negative about my business. I would never write anything false about anyone or their business. Especially, a business that I trusted with my health, money, and time. I was a loyal customer willing to overlook mistakes and gave plenty of chances for them to make it right.I would like to make an official complaint, as well as, a full refund and whatever else Im entitled to. This has caused me a lot of pain and suffering. This business should be shut down. I wouldnt want any other paying customer to experience the trauma that I have experienced.

      1. The vendor was listed on my insurance website as in-network so I made an appointment for cleaning services 2. Upon arrival for my dental cleaning, i was informed the practice was not in my network. They confirmed their records were not updated with said insurance company. The vendor gave me an estimate of out-of pocket expenses and i agreed and proceeded to receive services 3. When services were received, i was unethically up-charged to a new treatment plan for which the professionals in the practice even had a different opinion on. A new estimate of out-of-pocket expenses were provided for a treatment plan that was not aligned with my case. I agreed to get these services but in hindsight should have declined.4. I received an email notification that almost 40% additional out of pocket was required. Only an email statement was received. I asked the reasoning and they miscalculated the out-of-pocket estimate at time of service.5. A debt collection notice via a third party was issued and mailed to me in October 2023, less than 30 days from the original email stating a balance was due.6. I paid such collection to avoid credit issues but also filed a dispute.

I paid 100 dollars for a less than 2 min consultation with the dentist. Then spoke with the financial manager about the cost for everything needed and recommended.Per company policy all expenses needed to be paid upfront. I paid $300 for a retainer which I was told would be ready on Friday and booked an appointment for the following Tuesday so I could arrange my finances for the other procedures. As I was getting the mold done for my retainer, my tooth was ripped entirely out. I was not only mortified I was in discomfort and my mouth was full of blood. NOT ONCE did a dentist come check on me. I was told that this has never happened before and sent on my way.I was in agonizing pain so I called the office the following day and was told the dentist would Check it out on Friday.Friday, I was told I needed to pay the remainder of my balance before I could see the dentist or get my retainer which mind you I had already paid in full. I explained that I made it clear at my last appointment I could not pay the full amount until the following week which is why I made the appointment for next Tuesday and was told to come back on Friday for my retainer only which again was already paid in full. Not only was I still in pain I was also insecure and embarrassed about the fact I had a missing tooth because of their misshapen . The dentist and front office staff could of not cared less. I was livid. Literally in tears at this point because I was so frustrated and in pain. I asked if I could just get my money back. I was told no. I than I asked if I could speak to a office manager I was told no.I was completely not ok with the fact I just paid this place 400 dollars for absolutely nothing but a complete nightmare.

I found ************** via ZocDoc advertising as a dentist in-network for my insurance. I booked exams and cleanings for my wife and me. ***** advised we both needed deep cleanings and I needed crowns and a root canal. ***** then overcharged me as being out of network. I inquired and his staff revealed ***** did not take my insurance and told me I had to pay as out of network. I showed them their own ad on Zocdoc and they admitted they falsely advertised and I would have to call back when the manager ********* was in. ********* refused to take my calls for a week before finally telling me I should have come on a different day and seen a different dentist who took my insurance. This made no sense as I was advised ************** took my insurance so there was no reason to request a different dentist. I told her that was not fair she said she would have to speak to ***** about it. She again refused to take my calls for a week and finally contacted me advising they would give me credit for overcharging me. We returned to complete our deep cleanings and they overcharged us again not applying the credit we received. I went to another dentist who advised I only needed to have a filling replaced and did not need crowns or a root canal. She replaced the filling and my teeth have been fine. Despite still having credit, I then received a **** for my wife's 2nd deep cleaning visit stating insurance did not cover it. Insurance revealed they did not pay because this work was unnecessary. I emailed ***** back with a full accounting of visits, credits and payments showing that I do not owe anything and they actually owe me money as I have credit. I even offered to go our separate ways with neither owing anything just to avoid the stress. ***** did not respond and now placed my account in collections. ***** advised unnecessary work, falsely advertised, overcharged, would not communicate to resolve issues and falsely place my account in collections. ***** owes me $194.40.

I just found out that Pure Dental Health fraudulently billed my insurance for extracting all four of my wisdom teeth when, in fact, they only extracted three teeth. After experiencing a lot of pain in the area of one of the teeth that had supposedly been extracted, an X-ray revealed that the tooth is, in fact, still intact. Although Pure Dental Health billed for its extraction, they did not perform the procedure. The tooth is now further impacted and causing me great pain. My insurer will not pay for it to be removed AGAIN because, theyve already paid Pure Dental Health for its extraction. Pure Dental has refused to refund my insurance company the money they received for the fraudulent billing. Furthermore, in an unprofessional bully move, they have also threatened to remove a discount they say they placed on the fraudulent **** so that, if I pursue the matter, I, the victim, will owe THEM. Their behavior is unethical, unbusinesslike and seemingly illegal, Until the money is returned to my insurer, I will not be able to get the tooth that is causing me pain extracted.
