            On August 17, 2022 I emailed ****** about A puppy she had for sale. She told me it was 700 for dog and 250 to ship to my home. I sent her the money 975 total. On 8/19 the puppy was supposed to arrive. Then she emailed me and said I had to pay another $1490 to shipping company or they would not send him. This was never discussed with me beforehand and I told her I was not sending that and I requested a refund of the $975. She then told me she could not send it back to me as she spent it on dogs papers and shipping. I feel in love with dog and just want him or help getting my money back.
