A Dimple Ignite XL Bold XLF6017-xd Built In 74 inch *************** Fireplace for $4,207.49 was purchased from Belle Flame on June 10th, 2024. This fireplace was purchased prior to the start of a renovation and was not installed until Jan 2025. The fireplace is missing the remote control. We have contact the owner of *********** ****** ***** more than a dozen times. Mr. ***** has yet to send a replace remote or request a local dealer to provide a remote. I called to get insurance coverage back in February or March of 2025 because I turned twenty-six and no longer eligible to be on my dads insurance plan anymore. I have never received my insurance card yet and Ive called multiple times to request one and still havent received one. I got an email that had a copy of my card but I cant read everything on it. I just want to get my money back for the months that Ive paid for it so far because I can never get a straight answer from anyone I talk to. Ive called several different numbers trying to get answers about if my primary doctors office is covered and they keep telling me to call a different number. ************************************ Avoid This Apartment Complex Misleading and Deceptive Practices One of the worst apartment experiences Ive had in *******. They charge a non-refundable $100 application fee, even if you're denied. On top of that, they gave me false information about my application being approved through Approved Shield, then blamed Approved Shield for the fee.After verifying directly with Approved Shield, I was told they never received nor charged any $100 feeit was the apartment complex itself that charged it and tried to deflect the blame. This is a dishonest and shady way to take money from people, and it feels like a scam.I plan to file a formal complaint with the city for misleading practices and have proof from Approved Shield confirming they had nothing to do with the charge.This review is to warn others: be very careful before applying here. I purchased a 2016 ****** Altima from ***** and ***** of Athens, I made the purchase on August the 9th of 2021. Before I got home the car started making a horrible noise and I called ******* ****** sales associate and he told me that he would have a tow truck come and pick my car up and he did the tow truck showed up on Friday August 13th. ******* assured me that they would have my car fixed and they would have bring it back to me. I have not seen my car since it was picked up by the tow truck. When I call to try to find out what was wrong with it I was told that I needed to file whatever it was on my insurance I never understood what was wrong with it to start with. I paid approximately well $16,280 cash money for this car. This was all the money I had to my name. I still don't have a car and I still don't know where this car went. The people at ***** and ***** of ****** would not even take my calls anymore. I don't know what happened to the car. I am an elderly woman and I am disabled. I've had to have both knees replaced both shoulders replaced and now I have to have my back rebuilt from my neck all the way down. Not to mention I have lupus, COPD, post-traumatic stress syndrome and a host of other ailments. This is why it is taking me so long to get in touch with you guys and after I paid for the car I couldn't afford a lawyer to help me out. I would appreciate it if you all could possibly recoup my money for this car. I don't want another car that they have. I just want my money back I did not have this car an hour before it tore up on my way home. And for the company this size to do me like this it is unbelievable. We purchased what we thought was a Boxer puppy from Royal Boxer Home in *******. They arranged for shipment via Blue Dart Express for $150. Blue Dart reached out to us to advise the charge would really be either $1950, $3950 or $6950 depending on level of comfort we desired for our Boxer puppy. We agreed on the $3950 option and were provided with a Zelle address to send them the money. The 1st Zelle address was not valid & we were provided with a 2nd address & then a 3rd that were also invalid. With time running out to make the plane, they demanded money be sent via bitcoin. $950 was successfully transmitted. I had to go to another machine & successfully transmitted $1900. A 3rd transaction did accept my $900 however it did not transmit to Blue *********** are requiring I send them another $900 which I will not do. We cancelled the Boxer puppy sale and Royal Boxer Home retrieved the puppy. Blue Dart refuses to refund any of the $2850 that they acknowledge having received. I have sent information they have requested numerous times and now they are stating it will be another 2 to 4 weeks before they can make a decision. This is unacceptable. I bought a car battery from the Auto ************* ******** ** on 12/17/22.I was told it came with a 3 year warranty at the time of purchase I want to point out no stipulations was advised to me at the point of sell to later have a issue with my car not cranking up on date of 3/19/25 in which I called up to the delarship to inquire of assistance with the issue and was advised I would get a call back after hours of awaiting no call back so I went by it was getting close to closing time and I had to work and I wanted a solution. I get to the place after already calling and explaining and being transferred around via phone and last *** advised me that a service advisor would be calling me back but to no avail. I went to the service depart and after nearly 2 hours of awaiting was told that I didnt purchase the battery from that location luckily I had taken a picture of my receipt due to my warranty. I showed picture of my receipt and was told that I didnt buy it from them and I fully explained in details that I only patronize this location in which is the same location I actually bought my truck from which was brand new off the lot in 2013. I was then taken to the parts center and a young *** tried to assist me and he said no records of me buying as well and I showed him my receipt via phone then he acknowledge saying that due to me not allowing them to install my battery my warranty was null and void. I nicely advised no one never told me of this and no posting in the place stated that either. I felt like it was a game to them. I explained the cost of the battery is the same weither I purchased from them or auto zone or any place else what since do it make for me to buy from them and my car was operable for me to drive off knowing my warranty will be void if they dont install. I would like a refund of a battery I had to ***lace. We hired ******** *** Development to build a house. We put $40 thousand down it was to be put in escrow. We were told we would be informed when she took draws and the amount and who to. Never Happened! We asked for expense report monthly we were told we would get them monthly. Never Happened. She informed us we had a variance, we did not she filed an incomplete application, yet she and her husband **** kept saying we had one. On the three applications of government application permits **** put false address es as his home address. Then when we hired an Attorney he inform us that this company does not have a contractors license in the state of Ga. After 7 months we gave up and asked for our money back. Out of $40 Thousand we were offered $3000. That money was supposed to be kept in escrow it was not. They paid for permit applications. Had Mill Creek environment do a few Perc test. They illegally cleared the land with out a good perc test. Put the building screen up and charged us over $37 thousand dollars.
