    We purchase 1-Year for Job leads for $250.00, after 3-hours on the site I found out they had no job leads that fit our services. I was not aware of a no refund policy. I made a formal request for a full refund; **** replied No refund. If you read his first response, he said they could adjust the site sets to accommodate what we're looking for but that hasn't happened. Attached is the response. **** Thanks for the follow up, but your explanation is not acceptable, were moving forward on our end to get a full refund, has I stated in an email your service can't accommodate the services we offer. So, pleases refund the $250.00. *********************** I'll be glad to assist but we do not issue refunds once access is granted to our information. Our policy is clearly stated in our User Agreement. It is not hidden nor unclear. Our records indicate you logged in and used our site which contains the product you purchased. Our products are also clearly described, and we provide free use of federal listings so users can examine our delivery of government bids and RFPs. How can we assist to make sure you receive more value? Your recurring charge has been cancelled and no additional payment is due. *********************** Good morning, ****. This is a Formal Request to cancel the Account and Refund the $250.00 Immediately, your service representative misrepresent your available FRP you have no fields that match what services we offer. Please read the email below I sent you Friday February 10,2023. No one inform us that you have a no refund policy. Until we inform you that we request a full refund after hours of reviewing your services. Manually Done by ************ so I'm out of $250.00? assist but we do not issue refunds once access is granted to our information. How can we assist to make sure you receive the value? ****, I subscribe today, but you don't have an enough of Bib, and it's not a good fit for what we're looking for, (Job Leads). Please refund $250.00.

    In accordance with this client's credit provider we have entered into a dispute since his account of what occurred is inaccurate. He actively sought out our services. He registered for complimentary services (over 70% of our content is complimentary) but then sought access to premium content. In his pursuit, he actually called our offices FOUR times seeking a $250 discount that our staff eventually assisted him in obtaining. Once he received access and retrieved all the information he was seeking (IP recorded and provided to his credit provider), then he sought to reverse his transaction. We have a clear policy - stated at log in - that we do not provide refunds once log in occurs. This protects our intellectual property. Since ****, our team has produced valued content on behalf of over ******* contractors who serve local, state, and federal government. He received the benefit of those services and no refund is due. This is not an act of bad faith on our part. We provided him access to our services and he consumed. In accordance with his credit provisions, we have now entered into a good faith effort to resolve our differences. Yet, he violated his own dispute requirements and has threatened our company with continued online complaints unless we pay him $250. He is now also bullying our staff on online forums as well and identifying them publicly despite BBB requirements not to do so. Our staff sought only to help him (after receiving four separate phone calls) and his behavior is bizarre and dangerous. We have requested that he cease his online bullying and work in accordance with his credit provider to resolve the dispute. His unbusinesslike behavior is unique as you can see with his statements, but we will not be bullied into a resolution.     The company reply is 100% untrue all we want a 100% refund. I have already submitted proof. Just refund the full amount $250.00. This is not a good Company Please don't do business with them. Look at how much trouble I'm having to get a refund. for a service we didn't request. On top of that I contacted them 3-hours after the purchase to let them know their site was misleading, and I requested full refund. I was told they would accommodate our needs. Complete Scam Site.
