    I paid for 8 tickets for an event on May 4. The show was rescheduled 3 times. The ****** date was rescheduled because of your negligence in securing the proper permit and now the show is in October. At this point the concert has been rescheduled for August 30th 2025 and the artist line-up has been changed. I traveled to Atlanta from the ********************** twice in 2024 and have no plans returning in August 2025. Your negligence was the reason why the ****** show was rescheduled. Do the right thing and give people their money back. I've sent several emails to the event organizer with no response ********, a. I'm out $852.00

At this point customers should have the option to either attend in October, or be able to get their money back. Your negligence was the reason why the ****** show was rescheduled. Do the right and give people their money back. Ive sent emails, contacted ********, and contacted my bank. Im out $142
