    I had been emailed a sheduaed delivery time (by ***).of 1:45-5:45 Friday December 27 2024.I came downstairs at 12:40 to put a note on the door, ( saying I am Home, knock here, but the delivery had come at 12:30 and left a note outsidethe Hallway! immediately phoned *** and was told the package would be returned to my address in about 1 hour. I called back 5 hours later and a different Representative said they don't know why I was given that information because it was incorrect. I was then rescheduled for the following Day, Satisfied December *******, 2-6 and again...no delivery. I then contacted the shipper to request the package be left at a *** location so that I could pick it up but was told that was not an option and also *** repportrd returning to my Home Saturday after 6pm. *** did not. And I was not allowed to just sign the slip that was left on my Door for the package to simply be left inside my Hallway , because the signature required had to done in personbe . Both Friday and Saturday *** messaged me that the Delivery could come as late as 9pm. So between Friday and Saturday, *** has taken up 16 hours of my time. When the new scheduled Delivery time was sent to me today for Monday December 30, 2024 I again requested (what was refused to me Friday and Saturday) the package br taken/left at a *** store and I am being charged $5.99. I should be checking ***, for wasting my valuable, priceless time.

    I have been trying to get answers out of customer service as to what is going on with my package. The order status update keeps going from package delayed, package out for delivery, package delayed due to emergency or severe weather conditions package being loaded onto truck.. I have been shoved off and given cookie cutter, ******** answers, like the rest assured that your package is on the way none of the customer service agents are actually listening to anything Im saying and they just wanna hurry up and rush and get me off the phone as well as the supervisor that I spoke with He didnt seem to care too much and just wanted me off the phone. I was also transferred to a supervisor and was on the phone for over an hour and a half. no one can give me any clear answers and Im tired of being expected to jump through hoops. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. All I want is my package and Im still not getting any clear answers as to where it is and I tell them what the status shows me and it doesnt seem like theyre even actually looking to see whats happened to it and then I have another person telling me. Oh its on the truck and out for delivery, theres only 68 stops until they deliver to you and you should for sure receive it on Saturday, which is ******** because I ordered it on 6 December and have still not received it and no one can tell me whats going on . I have also emailed the CEO ********* All I want is my packages thats it and stop being bullshitted thats it.
