    I've never heard about this Company until I placed a freeze on all three credit reports and when I got notification in the mail with confirmation freeze was placed I saw Innovis Company on it. So I called them to see who there were and to request my credit file. I went through the process and they sent my credit file in the mail along with my temp. username and password to view and have online access to my credit file. After entering that information they provided the system called me twice with a one time access code required to access my credit file. They know my number ending in **** is correct. I got two codes and there system wouldn't allow me to enter or access my file online. This company is a fraud and I want access to my credit file online. As I have with all three major credit reporting companies. I will not allow this company to force me to change my legal giving number I had for years.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    THIS COMPANY IS KEEPING ME FROM ACCESSING MY CREDIT FILE. I CANT LOGIN WITH THERE OWN TEMP USER AND PIN. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. THIS COMPANY IS KEEPING MY INFORMATION FROM ME. I HAVE ONLINE ACCESS WITH ALL THREE LARGEST CREDIT COMPANY WITH NO ISSUE WITH MY PHONE NUMBER ************. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO DIFFRENT PHONE NUMBERS. I'VE HAD AND ONLY HAVE ************ THAT HAS ONLY BEEN REPORTED TO CREDIT COMPANIES.. I HAVE PROOF OF IT TOO. IM ABOUT TO FILE A FEDERAL LAWSUIT IF I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS ONLINE. IF I CANT FREEZE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE THEN I SHOULD ALSO HAVE ONLINE ACCESS WITH EVER I NEED TO. NO PHONE WILL EVER BE USED OR DIFFERENT THEN THE NUMBER I GAVE THEM. THERE'S PEOPLE ON THE STREET WITH NO PHONE NUMBERS DOESN'T MAKE IT LESS THEN. I WILL EMAIL AND FIGHT TIL THEY RELEASE MY OWN CREDIT FILE. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS SORRY COMPANY WHO THINKS THERE PROTECTING ME. WHEN THEY CLEARLY MAILED MY FILE ALONG WITH MY LOG IN INFORMATION THEY SENT. WHO IS THE **** HERE?
