They keep checking my credit score, even though I have NOT requested a new line of credit etc. We have called them before to ask to them to stop and they have done it again. My credit score has dropped 61 points because of them!Business Response

We contacted Mr. *********** by phone on 01/24/2025 to discuss his concerns. Our records indicate that our client, ******* ************E, accessed a copy of his credit report on 05/19/2023 and our client, ********* ****, accessed a copy of his credit report on 09/20/2023. He stated that he was familiar with these inquiries and nothing further was needed from Factual Data at that time.
Additionally, our client, ******* *************, accessed a copy of his credit report on 09/05/2024 and 01/13/2025. Per our conversation, we have disputed the inquiries with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs). Correspondence regarding the dispute will be mailed to Mr. ***********.

Im trying to see what information Innovis says I have on my report but have failed to receive one .. When trying to login it says that they cant send a code to my number. So what did I do ? I tried 5 other numbers and they all said the same thing. So then I said let me try the mail AGAIN. *** ordered my report before and never got it. After giving them all of my personal information it claims they cant do it online to call. So I called and was told that since a code cant come to my phone theres nothing that can be done. I recently reviewed my credit report on Innovis and noticed an account that did not report accurately, I had two late payments on my Discover account that I was in fact paid on time. Innovis have need to report all information about me with complete accuracy. This account has not been late on payments and have included screenshots of my transactional activity in JAN 2024 & FEB 2024. Innovis has failed to investigate and send me an update on my consumer report within the time frame i provided hence update my Discover account payment History on JAN 2024 & FEB 2024 to paid/on time.
Further more , It is my understanding that per 15 USC 1681 (a)(2)(A)(i), my consumer report should not contain Information solely as to transaction or experiences between the consumer **** ***** and Innovis. Payment history and the late payment associated with payment history negatively impacts my Consumer report and are considered as part of my transactions and experiences between me and your company.
Also, I am requesting that you provide me with, in writing , the reasonable procedures {according to 15 USC 1666(b)} that you have adopted to ensure that each periodic statement is mailed ( and was in fact mailed and certified to me **** ***** in 01/2024 & 02/2024 ) not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Include also all the information required by section 16379(b) of Title 15. You have 5 days from December 30 2024 to provide me with the information that I am requesting. If you do not provide this information in the allotted time given, then it will be assumed that, you cannot verify the late payments on these dates ( 01/2024, 02/2024) ( this means Lacking reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of my Discover Account) and I therefore demand that you remove the late payments from my Discover Account and ********************** report and update the accounts to Positive and on time.

-Our records indicate you attempted to remove the Security Freeze two times via Innovis.com on 6/24/2024. However, an incorrect PIN was entered in each attempt.

To protect your information, we will only send a new Security Freeze PIN and copy of your Report to a verified address. On 6/27/2024, we emailed you a link to upload proof of your address.
