      I created a Greenlight account earlier this week for my children, 182 dollars in 2 personalized debit cards and money put into my sons account. I went to login today and my account had randomly been deactivated with no email, no nothing. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely no help. All they did is told me they could not tell me why my account had been deactivated and to contact my bank about my money. I contacted my bank and they have no option on their dispute form for purchases that I approved. Greenlight will not give me my money back.

After a clear internal escalation, we were able to validate the customer's information and the Greenlight account has been successfully registered at this time. The customer has been notified on 9/27/21.

      I have tried to cancel this account through the app, and through the companies toll free number numerous times. Despite numerous assurances this will be completed, they have not, and continue to deduct $4.99/mo from my account. I am unable to unlink my card, or get resolution. They offer no service of any kind, and I do not have a term subscritpion. I demand cancellation of my card, and refund of the previous months.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/15) */ Greenlight has looked into the customers complaint, the Greenlight account was closed on 9/8/21 and a refund for the remaining balance of $1.21 was processed to the customers checking account on file on 9/14/21. The Greenlight card was last used in May 2021. For that reason, Greenlight has issued a credit and refund for the monthly fees charged since that date. Which is three $4.99 monthly fees, totaling $14.97. The customer has been notified of the credit and refund on 9/14/21.
