    I had hardwood floors installed on 10/1/18 that came with a 5 year service warranty. I have been trying to get them to repair the gaps in the floors. The owner came out and looked at them and said he would send someone back to repair them in January. He never sent anyone. I tried calling him and he texted me and said he would call me in an hour. I sent him pictures of the floors. He is not responding to my calls anymore.
