I am posting a letter mailed to headquarters since the store located in ************* has not responded nor have I rec'd a refund. To Whom It May Concern:This is a letter of complaint and request for a refund of a purchase that was never successfully delivered on 2//8/2025. On February 8, 2025 an order was placed for delivery to **************************** It was not delivered. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She was approached outside her building by an **** person asking if she requested **** delivery and she naturally said No. This was a gift from your store Edible Arrangements NOT from ****. Can you please explain why an **** person was delivering your product? And why was this not conveyed to me as part of the delivery orders? When my daughter turned him away, he would not tell her what he was delivering and left. She was confused and when I talked to her she called the store to explain that there was a misunderstanding. She was told that the manager would call her back and decide on what to do!Needless to say, no one called us back to explain or help in this delivery. Your store has kept my money even though the product was not given. I have called and left messages at the store. I have filled out your Order Inquiry several times and never was given a solution or a follow up. This experience has been frustrating, time consuming and a big LOSS of money. Your company has not complied to its standards nor has even attempted to assist in any resolution, I have included my emails and this is what is still on my bank statement: ************************ ********************************************** on Feb. 10, 2025 Edible arrangements will not be an option for me, my family members, my friends nor my co-workers. I bought a fruit platter and two bags of gummy bears for my grandkids yesterday. I paid extra to have it delivered within the hour. My daughter lives close to the local Edible Arrangements store, so I figured it was worth the extra to make sure the kids received it before their afternoon nap time. It was Not delivered within the hour. I sent an email stating I want my money for the extra I paid credited to my credit card. I have heard Nothing from corporate or the local store. Fruit was good. Gummies ok. Definitely Not Spending Time or Money ordering from there in the future. Someone could have refunded my delivery fee, I wasn't looking to get the whole order free.Review from Mario I

Unhappy customer! They dont deserve even one star! But I had to fill it in or I wouldnt get my message out! I wanted to inform you that I was not pleased with this $124.29 dollar order I placed for the following reasons ;1. The order was guaranteed delivery for Feb 14th Valentines Day. 2. It didnt arrive until this afternoon Feb 15th. 3. The fruit plate was wet on the bottom of the container which made the fruit slimy especially the chocolate covered strawberries.4. Once we bit into the chocolate covered strawberries they tasted old and mushy. The grapes were old as well. 5. The flowers I ordered had some old flowers and they were moldy. 6. One of the cheese cakes seemed to have someones finger dipped into it. I bought this gift for my wife for Valentines Day and I felt disappointed due to all these points I have made above. This was not what I was expecting from your company. I expected better quality . I spent a lot of money for this order. I am an unhappy customer for ever!Review from Chris D

I recently placed a *********** Day order for my daughter, who is currently away at school. The order was submitted at 10:39AM, and later that day at 9:53 PM, I received a notification stating, "Mckenzy is approaching with your order from Edible Arrangements. Your Dasher will hand the order to you." I promptly called my daughter to inform her of the impending delivery.However, after waiting for 15 minutes without any delivery, I took the initiative to track the order. To my dismay, I found a message indicating that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver the order but was unable to reach us. The message advised contacting the store to arrange for another delivery. I would like to note that I never received a call from the driver, and I attempted to reach out to them several times between 9:45 PM and 10:05 PM, unfortunately without success.*********** Day is meant to be a special occasion, and I was hopeful that Edible Arrangements would add joy to my daughter's day. Regrettably, this experience resulted in disappointment. Throughout the day, I also made multiple attempts to contact the store between 10:03 AM and 10:06 PM, but was unable to connect with anyone. Additionally, I reached out to customer service online at 3:00 pm and received an email indicating that someone would follow up with me.Based on this experience, I have decided that I will not be placing any further orders with Edible Arrangements in the future.Review from Ashley S

The store in *********, ** delivered an arrangement that looked absolutely nothing like the picture that was provided on their website. The arrangement was completely bare and didn't include half the flowers shown. It looked like a child had put it together. I spoke to someone at the store FOUR times and they keep telling me a manage will call me back but haven't heard from anyone in a matter of weeks. The website states 100% guarantee yet they do not uphold that at all. Their rating on here is an F. When will someone step up and do something??? This business is a complete joke.Review from Janet M

Run far away from this location! I pre ordered an arrangement and when I went to pick it up two days later, the store was closed and it was 1pm. There was a lock on the door on the outside. I left voicemails asking what happened as I scrambled to find somewhere else to create something for my event. Received a voicemail the next day saying they would like to process my order now. Um, no, my event was over. I left another voicemail. The next day, I went back to the location and found it still closed. Left another voicemail. Called corporate and they were wonderful and refunded my credit card. ********* my concern that the website let me select this location and pick up time at a business that seems to be a scam - take money, no product. Corporate said they would investigate. Buyer beware - if you select the **********, ** location, you will regret it!!Review from Mindy F

AVOID ANY OF THE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS - THEY ARE PHISHY AND WILL CHARGE YOU SAME DAY DEIVERY FEES, EVEN IF IT WAS NOT DELIVERED THE SAMEDAY THAT YOU PAID FOR AS A CONSUMER.I submitted an online order request to have a boutique of edible arrangements delivered the same day as that was an option to choose to my niece in Murray Ut as she was having a bad day. The ability to surprise her the same day was ruined. The order was submitted around July (I unfortunately, do not have the order #). With this order request I submitted same day delivery and paid extra for that service. As the day went on, no order delivered, the evening came, no order. Two days later went by and my niece still does not have her order, that I paid to have the same day delivery. I reached out to customer service and ticket # ******* was created. The only response I received was that your concern has been sent to the store. Still no help, no delivery, and I created a 2nd ticket to request that the order be canceled #*******. Again, another email from customer service advising they sent the request over to the store directly. This is over two weeks now and there is still no delivery, no updates, nothing. I disputed the charge on my credit card, well long behold three weeks went by and due to the dispute, all of a sudden, the boutique was delivered, and my dispute was billed back to me for $106.14. I had already requested the order to be canceled well before they delivered. I paid for same day delivery that was not honored, but yet, no one reached out to say "hey, we couldn't get the order out, but we will refund the delivery fee". This is considered fraud, to be charging a consumer for a service that was never delivered as requested and not offering a refund for the same day fee. It would be interesting to see just how many people are billed for a same day delivery fee out of all the stores, yet the product is not delivered same day, and did NOT receive a credit back for paying for that service.Review from Deanne E

Rotten melted fruit. Balloon torn off. Late delivery. Lack of concern from store. No response to email. No phone number for complaints other than local store that doesnt care. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I ordered a gift several years ago and the incompetent staff could not find the house. Just received a gift this year and still incompetent staff with no consideration that they are delivering food that melts.Review from Walter W

1) They delivered our cake pops order (Mom passed away) with expired Kale (yes Kale) as the green garnish.2) The Kale had gone rotten in transport and was contaminating the cake pops with rotten a smell all day.3) The Cake Pop (one bite) tasted like rotten Kale.4) Had to throw them away, the smell was filling the kitchen.5) The owner after 2 calls wouldn't return my polite request for a call (1 week) to make it right.6) DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.7) THE PEOPLE YOU'RE SENDING A GIFT TO WON'T APPRECIATE A FOUL-SMELLING KITCHEN.-****** Harleysville, **
