On October 11, 2022 I requested a diagnosis for coolant leaks to repair on my my 2011 Jaguar XF. **** gave me an invoice for ******** oil leak and ******* for the coolant leaks. On October 27, 2022 my car was completed. On October 28, 2022, I heard a loud ticking noise and requested an oil change with thicker oil and an oil flush. *** said that was a bad idea. **** told me to return in 155,00 miles. ******* is low, **** said, but the oil change can wait. On November 8, 2022 I reported the ticking sound to the car advisor. **** pre inspected the car prior to me taking it for repairs. **** speculated that the ticking sound might be related to the recently changed valve cover and gave me photos of the fresh coolant leak. On November 9, 2022 I went to European and Domestic and I explained to *** that the valve cover is still making a ticking noise and there is a fresh wet coolant leak. *** claimed that there was an oil leak coming from the vacuum oil pump and that the hose that led to the coolant leak was missing a clamp. *** claimed that after repairing the valve cover, a new oil leak developed. According to ***, there are five potential locations for leaks, and this is a brand-new issue. *** stated that he would only cover the cost of the hose clamp to fix the fresh coolant leak. *** quoted ******, to replace a vacuum pump, for the new oil leak. *** requested that I return in two weeks and he may negotiate the price.. Despite ***'s friendly demeanor, I don't think this organization can be trusted. I was hurried out and given pathetic explanations before being told to go home while the issue persisted. The car inspector I hired stated that if the water pump was changed; the two valve covers weren't necessary. I was overcharged, according to ****. ******* leak should have been corrected, I shouldn't have to pay anything. I am dissatisfied with the service at European and Domestic of *******. I'm requesting that the company handle the problem with no additional fees.
