    I purchased a dining set manufactured by Liberty Furniture, on *******. It was delivered the first week in November. Within weeks the top of the table has started to peel off. It has only been four months and large parts of the table top has peeled off. It looks horrible, and the quality is clearly very poor. Do not purchase furniture from Liberty. I emailed the company and received a confirmation, saying I would hear from the company in 2-3 days. Its been a week, and there has been no follow up. Very disappointing. There is a one year warranty on the table, but no one will follow up.

    We bought a liberty furniture dining set and top is peeling off. I called ******** furniture in ************ al they said call liberty furniture. Liberty said they didnt have anyone to fix it. The warranty was 6 mos past the year and to call store back. Everyone I have had to look at it says they cant fix it. Please help me with a solution

    Hi I purchased liberty bedroom set and the wood is peeling off and chipping. I contacted liberty about a touch up one they said they didnt sell any. This bedroom set isnt that old. I just need a need replacement top for the nightstand and dresser. The other ones are starting to peel but not too bad yet. I contacted the retailer and they said they cant do anything and are contacting liberty to see the cost but its a defect and when looking up reviews a lot of people are saying the same thing about it.

    Purchased approximately 5 yrs ago a ******* 5 drawer ******* drawer that had a flaw in the handle where it broke a small metal tip off. Tried reaching out to them, the directed me to Serve Pro who charged mea $35 admin fee to then call Liberty Furniture back and denied they had handle parts. The product is sold on multiple sites and has been for years and they claim no parts available which is completely not true. This is a $1200 dresser. Very sad and disappointing they claim no parts on a very popular ******* drawer and Serve Pro is a despicable company charging $35 for an admin fee to make a phone call to furniture companies and then not do anything else. Liberty Furniture needs to make this right and allow at the very least to get me a new handle that broke after spending over $6000 on their furniture.

    Order furniture worth 11k. Didn't receive half my order and the other half is broken. They won't answer my calls or emails about replacing my stuff. I want a full refund or my furniture replaces.

    On the dates of 5/30/2022 and on 11/28/2022 I bought a ********************* size bed, dresser, mirror, bench and 2 nightstands from *********************** located at ****************************************************************. On the showroom floor these pieces are a consistent color a nice white with distressing and wood grain tops. The furniture I have is not consistent in the paint color and I have 3 different colors. The white, a brownish color and a yellowish color. They already exchanged out the dresser for me but it looks yellowish to me and does not match the white of the bed, bench and mirror. I bought the 2 nightstands and none of them match the bed. They said they would no longer trade out the nightstands and were going to paint one to lighten it up. I want the manufacturer finish not a piece that has to be painted that is not what I paid for. I have the other nightstand that is brownish in color. This is a defect in the product as they are a matched set and the paint should match. I can understand distressing not matching and the cuts of the wood grain not matching that would give the furniture the rustic distressed look. I called AFD and was left on hold. I texted ************************* my original salesperson and she said she would let a manager know. I have not heard anything back. I have been given the run around and told I could only do a one time exchange. This is something I have no control over. I do not manufacture the furniture and I expected to receive the same as I saw on the showroom floor. I was so looking forward to having this furniture after looking at it for a year but now it has turned into an awful experience. I am not going to take acceptance of the other nightstand they have. The gentlemen said he would ask them to give me a refund but I have heard nothing concerning the refund. No one from AFD has reached out to me to resolve this issue. No one would be happy with brand new furniture where the paint does not match. I am attaching a photo and receipts.

    I have tried to attach pics here and it will not proceed abd I have tried several times.  There is no feedback at Liberty Furniture I can send pictures to.  I will if they want send pictures to American Factory Direct who they can get pictures from.  I want this case to remain open until resolved.  Thank you

    I could not send the additional pictures that Liberty Furniture requested through the BBB website.  Probably the file was to big.  Liberty Furniture had sent a website address to use when answering  through the BBB site and when I went to use it...it was only for retailers.  To make sure they received the pictures Liberty Furniture requested I went to their contact us page and told LF of the issue I was having sending the pictures but I did tell them I wanted to contine to communicate through the BBB until the claim is resolved.  Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have tried to work with the retailer on many occasions with no response.  This is why I ended making a complaint with the BBB and writing a letter to the *** of Liberty Furniture.  I do not understand why there is such a delay in response.  I did cause the issue with the furniture but I am the one receiving a run around.
