All of your gas is not being given to you when you pump. today in ********** ******* I went to a racetrack and pumped gas I paid for $18 in gas and only received $14 in gas and what's been happening is anywhere in Polk county or in any other race track or raceway when you pay for gas you can fill the pump when it stops distributing the gas and the pump still rolls the numbers after your gas has stopped and I noticed today that I I got gas and when I paid for the $18 I went outside and start pumping and when it got to $14 the hose jerked and that's when the gas stop pumping and from $14 to $18 the numbers were just rolling on the gas pump but no gas was coming out and this happens at every race track or raceway that I go to get gas no matter if it's in Polk county or any other county. And if you don't believe me go to any racetrack or raceway and get gas and see how when you get a certain amount of gas how the pump stops pumping gas early but the pump is still counting the numbers like you are still getting gas until the amount you paid for in gas shows up on the pump.all of the racetrack and raceway need to be investigated.Initial Complaint

On Feb 2, 2022 I went to Racetrac located on ***************. I usually put $***** or $15.00 depending on how much money I have. I wanted to pour ***** of gas. I put in my debt card like always. I was pouring my gas and when I got to ***** I couldn't stop the pump , and it kept going upto $32.10. On Feb 12, 2022 I return to the same gas station, but I forgot which was the pump And went to pump #** which was the same one. I put my card in cause when I pour gas I usually stop the pump. The pump wouldn't stop and I yell at a guy to tell them inside to please stop the pump. There was gas all over the place, and when they stopped the pump it had charge me $***** and it charged my card ***** when the gas was all over the the ground floor. I went inside to let them know what happen, and they told me that they couldn't do anything when its their fault for not stopping the pump, or the pump is not working properly.
