Date of transaction: March 25, 2024 Order #: ****** Amount of transaction: $71.86 Resolution: Full Refund (reprint window has ended)How the business responded: My business ordered 250 print flyers and the production cropped the flyers too small. I requested an easy remediation, but Clash Graphics refused to reprint or refund the order. Instead, they sent disrespectful and very unprofessional emails back and forth for days, followed up with leaving false reviews on my friends' business accounts on ****** (who they have never done business with) and then attempted to blackmail me once I submitted a PayPal claim. This company asked me to remove my ****** review in exchange for a 50% refund or otherwise they would not refund me. Due to the lack of professionalism, customer service, disrespect and blackmailing, I have chosen not to remove my ****** review and therefore have not been refunded.Located at ************************************************

Ive ready thru all of the emails from my staff and the client. They offered to fix the issue and the client went ahead and contacted their bank and wrote bad reviews. Staff gave the option to take down the review for half refund and she rejected. Theres not anything else to discuss. The client has the product, wrote bad reviews and contacted their bank.
