      My provider was switching Medical Groups, and I received a billing invoice in the mail. It is State law not to charge medical records transfers so I called customer service. I was informed it was a mistake and it would be waived. I inquired how it could happen and there were a few hundred of us following the Doctor. I wanted to know if I had to call back later for my son's if they were to be charged as well. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they had to call me back. The supervisor did call me back, but had a different answer. She told me that the fee had not been waived, and it had to go through a process to be reviewed by the billing department. I told her what the first ****** had told me. I told charging me was in violation of state law, and at that time she made it a point to say that our conversation was being recorded, and I told her good, I wanted the initial call saved for future reference since I was already told I that I was no longer being charged the fee. She took my email and phone # and was to call me back upon review. After 10 days, and no call back, I called customer service again. This representative told me still under review, and she would contact billing directly for the status and call me back. She too, took my ************* #. It has now been **** and no contact. Today, I did a chat with a representative and they told me it was all set, and it was taken care of the same day as my last call. Why did I need to keep calling them for a follow-up for their mistake? and supervisor argued with me because she couldn't explain to me how the "system error" occurred even though the request was entered correctly. EXTREMELY POOR customer service.

      ****. Disrespectful. Extremely hard to get a hold of. Everyone has been giving me the run around for over 2 months. Horrible company!

      Ive been dealing with them for over a year for my *** case as a third party. They are very unhelpful, non responsive in emails, and you cant get a supervisor on the phone. I kept getting same excuse why my records werent sent for almost 2 weeks One day theyd say they had what they needed then next day same reason. When asked to speak with a supervisor she kept going in circles saying same thing. When forms were sent they didnt send medical records that were requested. I have spent many hours on the phone and emails as well as going up to my doctors office to get 1 doctors request sent. We pay them and our doctors office pays them and you get no assistance or help from this company.

      I have been trying to get Sharecare to send 2 medical record documents to my disability insurance since May 22nd and it is now July 8th. My employer is going to terminate me because I cannot get them to DO THEIR JOB. I've spoken to them a minimum of 8 times and when I spoke to them today they said they have closed my case again!!! I AM LIVID! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!I PLAN TO GET A LAWYER!!

      I have dealt with Sharecare attempting to get my medical records sent to the correct facility for over a month now. Starting on 4/4 my doctor's ****** sent in the medical release form. I then heard nothing until I reached out on 4/23. I was advised that the records would be sent via **** from ***************. I was also advised I would be updated to the status. On 4/29 I reached out again and was told by representative ****** needed to pay $10.06 for shipping of my medical records. I paid with the understanding this would expedite the process. I did not hear anything further. I called again on 5/7 and was told they would check to see if the records were actually sent out but there may have been an issue. I attempted to speak to a supervisor to gain more clarity to the situation and received no return call. On 5/8 I called and after 15 mins on hold a representative said they would be sending out a second copy of my records since the first copy was never received. I also asked to speak to a supervisor since no one returned my call from the previous day. No return call was made by a supervisor after I was told I would be called back that day. On 5/9 again I called to speak with a supervisor and I talked with ******* a representative. This representative told me to call and complain another day and ******* coulda, woulda when I asked if we could get to the bottom of the issue. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I dont understand why it is such a challenge to send out my medical records within a timely manner. I paid the fee and have gotten no where. The customer service representatives have largely been rude and demeaning. I dont know where else to go or who else to contact so I am reaching out here for assistance. I need these medical records immediately to be able to receive healthcare that is vital to my wellbeing.
