    We used this builder to do a home renovation, towards the end of the project we extended the completion date twice, but had no choice to push the builder to completion. We paid the balance due, in full, 30 days after completion but cannot get the builder to come back and complete the punch list, which includes items that where directly impacted by the renovation such as, insulation in the attic, fixing downspouts and gutter, misaligned cabinet draws, front door threshold and poorly hung front door, etc., we have tried numerous times, via text, email, and by phone to contact our contractor and have emailed him the punch list several times. He did send out his subs to correct hvac and plumbing issues and once to align kitchen cabinets, but that attempt failed and he has not been in contact since.
