            I hired Revamp to do my gutters, gutter guard and soffit/fascia overhaul of my home in February 2022.We agreed on a price of 22K which was paid in full in April 2022.I reached out to the ** via text with a video of rain gushing off my roof at the front of my yard on 9/7/22. He responded via text, however he is telling me that this is the normal setup.I had a gutter system that was 100% attached to the front drain of my house. I should not be experiencing the front of my yard flooding after it rains hard. I have before and after pictures as far as how the gutter was setup prior to Revamp.This is an expensive mistake on my part. I am not happy with the outcome and I need to not have the front of my property saturated with water when it rains.I paid you to fix a problem and now you created another issue for me.

            We recently used Revamp to replace our roof. From the beginning of the project it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I received a return phone call from them within hours and an appointment for a proposal was scheduled immediately. Each phase of the job from the proposal to the installation was performed very professional and at a very competitive price. The owner of the company was involved in all phases of the job including being up on the roof with his crew from beginning to end on an extremely hot day. The roof was installed in one day and we couldn't be more pleased. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a professional and responsive company to do the work on your home.
