1 starI think ******* ******* is a very unprofessional general manager of intown suites. My son has autism and we asked to be moved towards the end of a hall to a two bed room near less people. She refused and made a claim that corporate does like changing employee rooms. Which is untrue. So we had gotten a lot of noise compaints due to it. Also she has snitches which have made serveral false allegations and she did nothing to them. There is on going code violation in the hotel. She doesnt call out professionals, only relies on the maintenance technician. Shevshould not even be aloud to be a general managerbthere.Review fromHeather L.

1 starThis hotel is not worth 1 star or a ***** to stay at. Bed very uncomfortable staff especially the general manager. **** is very unprofessional and rude! The hotel is completely infested with roaches!!!! The general manager, **** said to me if you dont like the roaches go somewhere elseI had to buy my own ***** traps to put in the room, and I had to spray home defense twice a day! They charge you $3 a day for Wi-Fi! You have to pay $420 a week or $86 a day. I have never been to a hotel like this in my life.. I had to leave and now another hotel is getting my money. The way the general manager acts would force anybody to leave. She definitely does not need to be a manager for that hotel.Review fromLance G

1 starDO NOT BOOK, BEWARE! Im writing a formal complaint about making a reservation the Wednesday week before Thanksgiving, I called the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving to cancel and was told, they could not even find my reservation! Yet they charged my credit card the next day on Monday. When I called the same day to ask, why I was told by the property manager at the Intown suites on *************** in *********, ************** that he would write in an explanation to corporate and they would process my refund. When I followed up several days later he told me I was unable to get a refund because I called the property on a Sunday when it was closed, and therefore I was not eligible for a refund. What? when in fact, I contacted the reservation line which is available at 1 AM in the morning when I originally made the reservation so I do not understand why calling the reservation line to cancel the reservation when it specifically says so if you call the number 24/7? When I attempted to follow up with the reservation line, they gave me a reservation number to which when I plugged it into their system, someone has gone in and changed my reservation to a new date December 4 through the 10th which is inaccurate, I NEVER CHANGED THAT RESERVATION . Im going to contact the office of the CEO, VP of operations and the Regional Manager for that area as well til i get a satisfactory resolution. I am submitting negative reviews on Better Business Bureau, ****** review and ************ and any other review sites about my negative experience. INtown, You may have duped me out of $56 but I assure you this will be the costliest $50 you were ever earn!!Review fromDamian D.

Bed Bug Infestation Alert: On 11/5/24, Im a disabled man that reserved a room for the week at InTown Suites. When I checked in later that night, I noticed bed bugs on the bed. It was after hours so the main office was closed for the day. The guard on duty that night confirmed seeing the bed bugs and he pulled back the bedding confirming a bed bug infestation along with sending pictures to the General Manager, **** *. We were immediately removed from the room and the premises because of this health hazard. The very next morning, I requested my refund and was told that they couldnt issue me my immediate refund because they had to investigate according to their hotel policy.I still have not heard back from the general manager or Intown Suites corporate. I initially uploaded pictures of the contract and of the bed bugs on the bed. I never stayed in the room for more than five minutes. Also, the hallways have a marijuana stench. All I was requesting was my money back because of the unsanitary conditions and environment. This hotel needs to be shutdown immediately. The general manager **** S had a nonchalant demeanor and attitude about my situation and had not an ounce of empathy. She also told me there is no one I can escalate this matter to. These unethical practices must be addressed and stopped. This slumlord mentality is unacceptable. Do not stay in this location because they also discriminate people with disabilities.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

If a bed bug issue occurs in a guest room, we must address the matter as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience to the guest. Once the existence of bed bugs is verified, we will refund the current weeks charges. Unfortunately, bed bugs can be moved from place-to-place easily. On July 6th 2024 I was contacted by a lady needing help as she was staying at the InTown Suites *******************************************************************************. Me and my wife on behalf of the church went and payed for 1 night to which I have the receipt. We did this immediately because they were going to remove her. We then met with her and decided that we could not help her any longer with the hotel but offered her to come stay with us as an option. She rejected that option so we went on our way. I then am going through the bill on the Corporate credit card on August 14th and recognized additional charges for $296.10. I called the property and spoke with Duwan. He actually claims to be the manager and is the person I dealt with on July 6th. I asked him to explain the charges and he became instantly irate and would not let me get any clarity as to why he felt it appropriate to allow this individual to charge additional days on our company credit card plus late charges. He gave me no clarity on the company's procedure on the matter. He proceeded to say it's to late, it's a month later he was not obligated to contact me and that I was the one being irrational to expect clarity so long after the charge. He took all my information at the time of original payment and I was never contacted to confirm any additional charges. He told me the Lady i was helping for the 1 night I payed for approved the charges. He knew I was paying for the 1 day. I then asked him why I did not receive a phone call to which he became so irate I ended the call. I have not been able to reach anyone in Corporate or received any response to the customer service complaint department.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

I was trying to stay at intown suites during the week of July 10 for 9 days but due to the hurricane here in ********** they and other hotels had no power . They require a $53.82 deposit that they won't return to me there's no human customer service they want you to fill out a form online and the front desk staff will hang up o.n You. I solely ******* help to resolve my complaints Against Intown suites hotel.. property management is over charging me with the rent weekly in my room I'm renting before COVID came along !! I pay rent weekly concluding tax , technology,plus $60 extra every week, & another extra $20, today it's simply because Corporate's Order!!! THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE OVER rent extra rent money by weekly!! With out giving me a notice!! Rooms are filthy,Rusted ,Mildews poor house keeping roaches , rusted toilet bowl ALL TOGETHER this building has asbestos,bed bugs,rude and very disrespectful,Un Educate, unprofessional, property management :Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

I have been staying at the location ********************************************************************************** for over 3 weeks I have been staying in a 2-bed suite. I have asked multiple times for a 1 bedroom. I was told by the manager when one becomes available I can switch rooms. The front desk person ******* has been rude, and insensitive for weeks. I have called the front desk before I come in to pay and ask if a 1 bedroom is available only for her to lie to me seconds after getting off the phone. She smiles as she states the most rude things I have ever heard. This Monday, a guest checked out I asked if any rooms were available she stated no. I ask if the one room is available and yet she told me that it was already reserved. I asked how is it reserved if it has not been cleaned yet. Then she told me she would ask the manager and flat out told me no. I came back in the front office while talking to a friend who checks in a guest without a reservation for a 1 bedroom. I asked her but you just told me there were none available. Today I just went to pay alittle after 11 am the man in front of me asks for a cheaper room or a discount. She kindly told him she would call him back if she can help. But then immediately told me no. I have been discriminated and this is horrible. It has been roaches here non stop, and the hospitality is sub par at best. I have made a complaint on your website and it has been over 72 hours with no resolution. I am being over charged because I am being discriminated against. I will not stop complaining until the matter is resolved.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

Reaching out to customer service is pointless. ***** the manager at the **********, ** location basically is forcing me and my family to pay a weeks stay at the hotel. Which is against our rights, we let her know that we were getting an apartment today 5/14/2024. She basically said tough and we have to pay for the room until 5/17/2024. She pushed our reservation out to July of 2024 and we asked her why did she do that and she said to make sure we pay. That is ethically and immoral wrong. She over charged us by another hundred dollars. I want to see how to file a lawsuit against the in town suites company for allowing this to go on in their company.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)
