We ultimately decided the property was not right for me at this time, but **** made everything easy to understand and I now know what I want to do when the time is right. My brother owned 3 rental properties before he had a stroke. He will not recover enough to take care of these properties so I decided to sell them. Contacted Property Problem Solvers and they got to work. 2 of the properties sold with no problems but the 3rd was in terrible shape and was a hard sell. PPS's found me a buyer and closed within a week. I am so happy with the way this company helped me get rid of these properties. Working with everyone in ***** company was amazing.
