      I've ran into brick wall after brick wall with this farse of an insurance company. I haven't been able to land a primary care provider because there is always something wrong with the insurance information. It is impossible to get anyone on the line in customer service and if you do it's an endless circle of no answers. Most recently while filing my taxes the company does not provide a 1095-A. This was the final red flag for me. I have paid this company for months and received nothing besides receipt of payment. I am most certain this company is operating under false pretense and all of the connecting companies that they loop hole you through are false as well (ABC advant, Aither health, next ****************).I want a refund of all funds pay to this sham of a company.

      Feb 25, 2025, I was looking for insurance for my girlfriend. I search for ********** Blue Shield customer service number online & what i thought was ********** was not. I told the *** what all I was looking for in insurance since my girlfriend in pregnant with severe complications and was informed everything will be taken care of and covered. I believe it because of course like I said "it was under or what i thought was *********** so I had no doubt about it. Just to find out it was not... We need to do better at getting this scam company off the market.. no reason they should still be operating and under the same name after all these same complaints.

      ************************/Socios Buenos LP I became unemployed in September 2024 and was searching for health insurance alternatives to Cobra. I purchased a policy for my spouse and me and after being told ***eatedly it would address all of our needs. I specifically asked about current medications, on-going procedures for existing health conditions, preventive treatments, etc. The *** assured me all would be covered with the exception of labor delivery, mental health inpatient and drug/alcohol treatment, none of which presented a concern. Fast forward four months and in p***aring for an upcoming colonoscopy, I have discovered almost nothing is covered except for 2 primary care visits a year. I was grossly misled regarding the coverage!

      When I purchased this policy I was lied to about my coverage. Now that I need coverage, it is no good. I have tried for months to cancel this policy. I can not get anyone to respond via email or phone. Now after research, I see they have a "F" rating with the better business bureau. Actions need to be taken and money they have taken from innocent people need to be returned. I run a rather large dealership and would never treat my customers this way.

Upon enrollment through the third-party independent agent, you would have received a document showing the plan that you signed up for and would have signed this document in order to agree to the plan. As of today, your account has been cancelled as of 1/31/2025 and no further payments will be deducted for your account.

      I was searching online for insurance and was contacted by someone that gave me their name as ******** *********, and gave me the phone number ************ to contact him. I mentioned being pregnant and needing immediate coverage. He assured me that he could get me set up with a great plan and that everything will be covered. Stating that everything my prenatal care etc. will be covered including hospital visits. I asked multiple times if my prenatal care would be covered, he said yes. I signed up for the plan and have been paying $500 a month since October 1st for this plan, only to find out when I got referred to a specialist due to my baby possibly having health issues that my plan does not cover any type of maternity care, labor and delivery, ultrasounds, etc. this is extremely fraudulent seeing as I could not even see the policy until I was already signed up for it. He assured me MANY times that I would have coverage for maternity care. He also gave me this number to contact, which I have tried multiple times and just get hung up on or transferred to someone else. ************ Is the number he gave me to contact someone directly with questions. It has been nothing but sketchy working with this company and I do no see how they are still able to operate.

      SB told me to comply with their ********** have to now work for them or else they will terminate my coverage. They have continued to terminate my coverage for no reason & notwithstanding the fact that I pay monthly and Ive never been in arrears. It is a scam when you call premium health. Who is the third-party administrator and tell them about this. They say theres nothing that they can do about it. Theyve told me to ignore Socio Buenos that they are a charitable fund and Im to ignore them. Socio sends me emails telling me if I dont log onto the portal and help them make money. Then they will mess with my insurance which they have. My children and i have no been able to get benefits. They are a fraudulent company & guilty of tortious interference with a contract. Someone needs to investigate this company & shut them down.

      On July 16th, 2024, I sought to purchase health insurance for my wife ***** ****** due to her being pregnant with our first **** Being a member of the ***********************, i could have used my health insurance to allow her to give birth to our child at **** ******************************************** on *************************** where we are currently stationed, but i instead opted to by normal civilian health insurance to allow us to give birth at a hospital off base that we felt would provide better care. I shopped online starting at the nevada state health website and found a plan from Socios Buenos LP called Advantcare WellPremium. After talking to the insurance agent over the phone he assured me that all of our health concerns such as the childs birth, follow up appointments, etc would be covered by this plan at least 70%. That was good enough for us and after signing a few documents we purchased the insurance. To reiterate, I asked multiple times over if this policy would cover the birth of our son and agent ****** ****** assured me it would. After giving birth to the child in August and filing our claims, we were denied 2x. Upon looking at a document on our member portal (which was only made available to me after purchasing the policy) I came to realize that the only thing our policy covered at all would be routine PCM visits and certain blood labs. Not child birth, follow **** etc. Over the course of 3 months i made 3 payments (on time of course) of $589.99. After paying for 3 months of insurance i am not only down over $1700 but am also stuck with tens of thousands in medical bills from our birth that I will have to pay. I am seeking not only possible reimbursement to the highest extent possible but also for a probe into Socios Buenos LP as they are listed as a scam company on the BBB website. I wish I would have realized all this before giving birth to our son but this is the position I and my wife find ourselves in.

      Socios Buenos LP. I was scammed with buying a health insurance policy from them today. I didn't realize until after the purchase. Most of the coverage they promised was not covered after I read my insurance documents that they sent me. BBB has a rating of F for them and they have received many complaints. They were very pushy on the phone to buy the policy and said that it would expire if I didn't act now. Further research confirmed that this company is running a scam.

      I am not able to get my results of eligibility sent to the pharmacy for over a month now. I've called everyone I've been told to speak with and I am. Told the same thing call pro act, call the people whom started your policy and all I am.told "we can put you on the list." No one seems to have direct access to the company above. I am out of medications, one being very important. I am completely out of medications. Please help resolve this!

      I signed up for health insurance with Socios Buenos in January 2023. When I needed to go to the doctor in Aug 2023 I called socios buenos to find a provider that was covered and made sure the reason for the visit would also be covered. The agent told me that basic blood work and a physical was covered by my plan. On 8/16/2024 ( almost a full year later) I received a bill that my coverage was denied. I have tried to contact Socios Buenos claims department, I have called 5 different phone numbers associated with the company and have not been able to even speak with someone who can help me. Agents transfer calls in a circle with no available employees who can help. This company is running a health insurance scam like I have never seen. They are uncontactable unless you want to shop for plans. They assured my services would be covered and then denied the entire claim.
