      We have been working to resolve a claim since February of 2024, our insurance company is using MIMI as the third party adjustor, specifically **** ********. We submitted this claim to MIMI on 6/10/2024. **** has been absolutely impossible to get ahold of, he doesn't answer phone calls or return emails. As part of our claim we did provide photos of the scene of the accident- where you can clearly see the damage to the product in the trailer at the scene of the accident. On Saturday 10/19/2024 we finally received a letter denying coverage. **** says in his letter that the product was not damaged in the accident, which is totally false and we have the pictures to proove it. The standard response time is supposed to be 30 days, **** missed the **** on this denial by taking over 120 days to respond, it is completely unacceptable. I think this company denies any and all claims they are given to review because they think people won't realize they have other options- like reporting the company to the state insurance board. Any insurance company that considers hiring this company as their third party adjuster should strongly reconsider- they are horrible!!!

      They are totally a bad joke. Next time I will ask my insurance before renewal, if they have any relationship with this company, then no business with them. They are non- reachable, via email or phone. I am really sorry the industry has businesses like this.

      The claim Happened in October 2023 (8 MONTHS AGO) We were sent many email and phone calls (Probably over 100) to ************************* and *********************** ZERO Communications and not moving forward.The broker holding about $50,000 of our money because they can reach **** or *** as well.I hope they will decide to move forward ASAP and we can remove or change this review. ****** from DSK Transit LLC Thank you

      Stay away from these people. 2 months after submitting a claim and 1 month after adjuster came out , still nothing.. Minor claim for $3300 and still "out of office" and "not available" is this even a legitimate business??

      Zero Stars wasnt an option. I own a Freight Brokerage - Carrier tipped over my Blueberries resulting in a $57,000 claim. Both the Carrier and Midway Insurance Management International, *** stopped answering my calls/emails. Finally reached the "Manager" of Midway Insurance Management International, *** after several months - Claim was denied by Midway Insurance Management International, *** because their Client wasnt cooperating. Im stuck with $57,000 out of my pocket when I didnt do anything wrong. Do not trust Midway Insurance Management International, *** - NOT HONEST PEOPLE....Unethical Business Practices by Midway Insurance Management International, ***!!!

      A Cargo Claim was filed with this insurance company and the adjuster immediately turned down the claim, because they were confused on the details of the claim, once we explained the situation, they reopened the claim. They then came back several times trying to deny in facts on how the damage happened, and then denied the claim once again and contradicted the photos, rate tender and BOL, all legal documents supporting their insured was at fault for the damage. They have now ignored all calls, emails, and voicemails regarding getting this claim handled.
