    On February 17, 2025, I was involved in an accident caused by an insured vehicle under InsureMax. The driver was intoxicated and fled the scene, making this a hit-and-run DUI case. The at-fault driver was later arrested, and my insurance company confirmed that InsureMax has already accepted liability.However, InsureMax has failed to take action in processing my property damage claim. Despite repeated follow-ups, my vehicle has remained unrepaired for over a month. The claim adjuster, **** ******, has refused to provide written justification for the delay and has failed to produce any policy exclusion that would exempt InsureMax from covering the damages.Under 18 U.S. Code 1033 & 1034 (Insurance Fraud and Deceptive Practices) and O.C.G.A. 33-6-34 (Georgia Unfair Claims Practices Act), it is illegal for an insurer to intentionally delay or deny a valid claim without a reasonable explanation. InsureMaxs refusal to process my claim is a clear violation of these laws. I am filing this complaint due to bad faith insurance practices, lack of proper communication, and their unjustified failure to honor a valid claim.

    Someone had a car accident in front of our house. The car destroyed our trash can. The car owner's insurance is denying the claim. It is going to cost $124 to replace the trash can.

    I was in a non fault accident on 12/12/23 the insurance company is not returning my calls in reference to my bodily injury and pain and suffering claim. I have left the adjuster assigned multiple messages for a call back and have not gotten 1. I have requested to speak with a supervisor but they refuse to put me in contact with a supervisor.

    An insured of Insuremax t-boned my car. Their insured was found to be at fault by the police. They received a citation for failing to yield. I filed a claim with Insuremax and without ***** ***** doing a proper investigation she denied my claim. She first stated they were denying it for a language barrier and she then backtracked and stated that her insured said that I ran a red light (which was not true either). This is one of the most unprofessional insurance companies I've ever dealt with in my life. Not only do they not honor their policy/binder terms but they are one of the rudest companies to deal with. They obviously do not mind having multiple "bad faith insurance claims" because that's exactly what is happening with this situation.

    My car was hit by a car who have InsureMax company. This company is really hard to deal with. Once the claim was processed, they send you the check without any information and the money they paid was not enough to repair. After they send you a check, they never pick up your call again. I keep calling for a week and email them but not any respond.

    On July 31, 2022, my vehicle (2019 ********** Jetta) was hit by an insured person of Assurance American and Insure-Max. When the claim was filed, I was hoping for a smooth dealing with this company because a police report was filed and also the hit and run (yes, their client hit my vehicle and left the scene) was caught on camera. I WAS TREATED THE ***** OPPOSITE. From beginning to end, this company took me through pure H*** They did not want to pay for my rental; when they finally agreed to pay, they paid for it for about three to four weeks and just stopped paying without contacting me. My vehicle was still not repaired, and I still needed a way back and forth to work. So, the body shop took over the payments. Every time I tried to reach out to this company, NO ONE wanted to call back as I requested. All they wanted to do was send emails. When I did get in contact with them, they had attitudes and one of them even hung up the phone in my face. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When it came down to my diminished value claim they wanted to say that a $20,000 dollar car (at the time of the accident) only diminished $600 dollars after $9,000 worth of damage was repaired. So, I had to spend extra money ($275) on getting an appraisal report done. At that point I told them since I had to spend extra money, I wasn't gone settle for anything less than what I paid for. In my appraisal report it included my reimbursement of my $275 for the cost of the report. THIS COMPANY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME WHAT THE REPORT INCLUDED. Now most may ask well why you didn't just go through your insurance company? At that time my deductible was $500 and I did not have it at that time. My car note is $500 (which I still had to pay while not driving my car) and my insurance was $150 at the time. I could not afford to spend an extra $500 so I had to go through this company and it turned out to be the WORST mistake of my life.

    An insured of InsureMax hit our car, after weeks of no **mmunication with *************************** the "adjuster" we finally received a partial check of their estimate. We secured a date to get car repaired and ***************** had previously stated they would pay for a rental. The day is here to get car repaired and NOW they want US to pay for rental and "they will review and **nsider charges of rental to pay us back" no one will answer the phone or respond to emails I've called every number possible, requested a supervisor etc. the car rental said normal proto**l is for ins ** to make reservations and have it direct billed to them! Good luck on getting in touch with ANYONE!!! This is my last resort Claim #6GA398106-3 InsureMax

    We had them for auto insurance and our car was stolen 2/4/22 this is 5/9/22 & and they still have not paid us for the car. The car was found in ********* live in GA. We were told it is our responsibility to get the car back. We drove clear up to S.C. The car was spray painted (inside and outside) broken window and full of hypodermic syringes! It is totaled. We finally had to consult an attorney since the insurance has NOT paid us for the car! The attorney told us it was NOT our responsibility to go to S.C. & the car is totaled they need to pay! This company is so bad they never return your phone calls, or pay a claim. It is BAD customer service and people should NOT have to go through this! They sure want your monthly payment but won't pay out when you make a claim
