    I have made several failed attempts over the past two years to speak with a representative of Atlantic Life concerning the Preneed ********************** policy purchased by my mother on May 20, ****. I started my attempt to contact them previously before my mother's death for funeral planing, but was unsuccessful. However, about three weeks ago, I dud soeak with a young lady who took my policy information and insured me that I was be receiving a call or contact from their company immediately. I patiently waited for over two weeks and there was no returned call, nor communications. Inspite my numerous return calls to them and also my emailing them as requested by their representative. They're not responding to my reaching out. My mother pasted on August 11th, 2023, and I have since again attempted to reach someone with no response. I woukd appreciate a call from the company to assist us in this matter.

    We are in receipt of this complaint and apologize for any inconvenience to the consumer. We also noticed the official notice/letter was addressed to an individual who is no longer with the company. Please advise the consumer we will reach out to her directly from my department to gain insight into her inquiry to fully resolve this issue.
