    My grandmother passed away several years ago. At the time of her passing, she had five life insurance policies through CUNA Mutual with my father as the beneficiary. When the amount of the claim was paid, the funds were placed in low-rate investments under my fathers name, with CUNA. My father is very elderly and has severe dementia. He needs the funds being held by CUNA/TruStage to continue paying for his long-term nursing home care. My brother and I have gone through hoop after hoop to obtain the funds being held by ******** and have been lied to week after week by representatives of the company regarding why we have yet to receive the funds requested. Our grandfather, *******************, was the Senior Actuary and was on the board of directors of the predessor company, Lutheran Mutual, for many years and we are certain he is rolling over in his grave knowing how his family is being treated by the company he treasured. We are getting desperate!

    I have CUNA disability insurance on my line of credit with ******************** I had to have surgery unexpected last Oct and was out of work on leave for an extended amount of time. I filled a claim with CUNA for them to cover my payments while I was on disability. They called me for my interview after I had sent in all of my documents from my surgeon regarding my disability. When speaking to the company they wanted my health records from years past and tried to call my doctor's asking questions not related to this claim. I never released authorization for them to obtain my prior medical history. I was only claiming from OCT 2023. I spoke to Vystar and they said its a third party and I would have to talk to them to coverage. At this time I would like them to refund me all my monies paid in since they wont cover my claims even though they meet all the guidelines in the program.

    I bought an extended warranty through Cuna who then sold to another company. I was an employee of the credit union at the time of purchase and was trained to sell these said warrantys. I bought the silver plan with 100 deductible. I filed a claim yesterday and they are refusing to pay full claim and I am out ******!!!! This is ludicrous! I was a Mgr with the credit Union these were sold through and sat through extensive training to sell these. In fact, they were pitched so well that my husband and I bought two one for rack of our vehicles! I am also opening an insurance complaint against them as well for misrepresentation of insurance!
