I want to file a complaint formally against Siuprem ***** (SI) questionable ethical and egregious business practices. On May 12, 2022, I received a letter of indebtedness from SI stating that I owed a **** of ****** dollars for an insurance account listed as 1223****.I have never conducted business with SI, and have never provided any form of authorization for this account or signed any signatory request/consent for their services. If the company is reputable in practice, it should be able to clearly distinguish between a situation of fraud and a legitimate debt or possibly identity theft. To correct this matter, I would like Siuprem **** and its associates to identify the account ending in **** as fraudulent, purge my personal information from their system, and cease all future contact.
