I have been receiving mail solicitations under my deceased (2017) father-in-law. he didn't live in our home at any time. it's so painful for my husband to be constantly reminded of his dead father every time we get a letter from this company under his name.Stop the mail solicitations.take us off your mailing lists permanently.stop sharing/selling our address.Initial Complaint

I continue to get mail from: United Freedom Benefits; *************************************************. I am not interested & have sent back to them with a note: REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. This has been going on for at least 2 years; they continue to ignore & continue to send mail. Even took back to local post office to return to sender, but that can't be done either. Thanks for your assistance.Initial Complaint

I am on the Federal and State DO NOT MAIL LIST, I HAVE OPTED OUT OF ALL DIRECT AND INDIRECT MAIL, This should be a State and Federal Penalty for mailing people and/or individuals on the DO NOT MAIL LIST. This company is not scrubbing DO NOT MAIL LISTS in hope they will not be caught. It is obvious they have no regard for an citizens privacy or laws.Initial Complaint

Today October 6th 2021 in my mail AGAIN I received a letter from United freedom benefits department in Atlanta Georgia addressed to my mother-in-law ****** ********, regarding getting this Insurance coverage for when she passes away to cover the expenses so her family would not have to be burdened with it, or be out any money because of it. This is the third time this letter has came here to this house and I have gotten a hold of them and explain the situation and told them not to send any more mailings here. The whole problem I have with this is that my mother-in-law passed away tragically in 2016. Every time something like that is sent here her son my husband is reminded of that horrible day and I explained all of this to them when I called after the first letter was sent, and was told it wouldn't happen again but yet two more times now this letter has been sent here. We just want them to stop not just say they are going to.Initial Complaint

united freedom benefits dept, PO BOX XXXXXX, atlanta GA XXXXX keeps sending deceitful mail to my home and they do not provide any way to OPT OUT and they will not stop sending this nonsense to me, even though I said NO! please remove my mailing address from your system permanently and do not give or sell my information to anyone! this company uses fraudulent advertising terms on the envelopes that mislead and lure vulnerable adults to believe this is "official" mail from an important source when in reality it is only a piece of junk mail. the company puts "time sensitive" and "important benefit information enclosed" on the outside of the envelope and they try to appear as if they are a governmental agency but they are only trying to trick and fool customers. they are targeting seniors and say this is a "new state-regulated life insurance program" in hopes of getting people to sign up for a policy. no one wants this ****!!! stop trying to hustle and con people!!Initial Complaint

I am receiving constant junk postal mail from this company. I've requested they stop sending mail to my address to no avail. I would like them to remove me permanently from their marketing/junk mailings. Address to remove: ****** ********** 1878 Cunningham Rd Columbia, SC XXXXX
