I booked a trip to ************ with travel agent *********************** /***** September for Nov 7, 2023 to Nov *******. The total trip cost was $6474.00. I paid $4512.00 before i decided i would not be able to attend the trip. I purchased cancel for no reason insurance from ***** for $299 so that intitles me to a refund. I notified ***** Aug ******* i would need to cancel. She told me my roommate would have to come up with additional funds and she would have to see how to handle it and that they have to contact the hotel and get back to her. She also said i would loose out on a lot of money if I could not go. None of this should even matter since i purchased insurance from her. ***** tried to tell me I did not purchase insurance through her but its all on my invoice. Several wks went buy without hearing anything from her. Oct 9 I reached out asking for a update on my refund and she said to check my credit card.I responded I used a couple different credit cards and nobody has any record of you refunding me my money. on Oct 12 she responded I will send you a screen shot when I land. I never received a screenshot. Since then I have sent her a few message and have gotten no response. It is going on 3 months that I have been trying to get the refund I am owed, She can not scam people like this and keep peoples money.Business response

While we are certainly sorry to hear of this negative experience - PlanNet Marketing does not work with Travel Agents nor do we sell travel. We ONLY sell travel websites. Complaint should be directed to the Travel Agent directly or to the host agency (in this case it would most likely be ************) for resolution. PlanNet Marketing does not have access to view details about bookings or trips - that is all handled by a completely separate company.Initial Complaint

I have paid this company over $1000 in membership fees and was promised my commission since July 8,2023. When I didnt receive it they said it takes another 60days to get it. It is now Oct 10th and I have not received my commission. When I asked my agent to help me she gave me a lot of run around and said I didnt file it properly even though she sat on the computer with me to file it. When I call they say the money is there and closed my ticket. I have called 3 times since August and each month the customer service says it will be paid in the next cycle. When you ask to speak to a manager they dont give you anyone and just repeat that I have to wait 60 days or the commission will be paid in the next cycle. This company is a hoax and not legit. Do NOT do business with them.Business response

Please note that you have lodged a complaint with PlanNet Marketing, but it sounds like you are a travel agent with InteleTravel and want to be paid your travel commissions. PlanNet Marketing does not sell travel nor do we pay out travel commissions. Our commissions pay out weekly and every month on the 10th of the month. Expect an email from me soon and I'll see if I can connect you wtih someone at InteleTravel who can assist you.

A customer of a seller was Mis-sold a holiday they couldnt ************ that matched the holiday agreed and the deposit paid. Communication is extremely slow and required constant chasing! Absolute scam, and will be moving forward legally with miss old products. I have all communications recorded and saved. *************************** FROM *********** ** IS GIVING COMPLETE LIES. Hello, PlanNet Marketing does not sell flights or holidays. Our Independent Representatives sell the InteleTravel at home travel agency. It sounds like a travel agent may be mis-selling and I would be happy to pass this complaint on to the correct company. This is not a PlanNet Marketing complaint.
