    I completed the Upgrade ($25) income booster and have still yet to receive payment. Upon contacting customer service, I did not receive a response for over 20 days. When I did, I was met with dismissal and told there was a 60 day wait for payouts. However, when I started and completed this booster there was no such warning about delayed payout. As I am at or at least very close to the 60 day ***** I still have not received my booster. When I view it through the app, it also now says 90 days. You cannot change the terms multiple times after the booster is completed. I would like my money. I have NEVER had issues with Steady before now, but it seems as I'm not the only one.

We want our members to receive their rewards as quickly as possible. We'd prefer them to get to them fast, but that's not always possible.

    i completed the webull booster 2 weeks ago hve reached out to customer service via email at least 20 times with no reply.customer service is seriously lacking and quiet ridiculous.

    I have an issue concerning the INCOME BOOSTERS of the steady platform. I have attempted to reach out and hopefully come to a resolution with steady but although I have sent several emails, requesting assistance, I have had no success in doing so - as in no reply :-(. Currently, I am owed for completion of for income boosters VARO Bank $75 ASPIRATION Bank $50 UPGRADE Bank $25 and WEBULL$45. I BELIEVE THREE OF THE FOUR ARE BEYOND THE 60 DAY WAIT TIME FRAME. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT AND I EXPECTED FOR STEADY TO HOLD THEIR WORD AND KEEP THEIR PROMISES AS WE COMMIT OUR EFFORTS AND TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFERS IN HOPES TO ACQUIRE THESE INCENTIVES TO HELP WHILE STRUGGLING WITH OUR OWN PERSONAL FINANCES AND LIVING SITUATIONS. I LOVE THE STUDY PLATFORM HOWEVER IT IS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING BEING ABLE TO ADDRESS PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS WHEN THEY ARISE DUE TO STEADYS LACK OF RESPONSE AND LIMITED MEANS OF CONTACT. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT COMMUNICATION IS ALWAYS KEY! AND IF THERE WAS OR CURRENTLY IS A DELAY ON BOOSTER INCENTIVES, MAYBE THAT IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BANNER ON YOUR APP SO THAT EVERYONE WHO USES THE PLATFORMS IS AWARE OR SEND OUT AN EMAIL TO ALL THE ***** TO INFORM DIRECTLY. HONESTLY- I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN IF I DIDN'T COME HERE TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT... AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, WITH CURRENT FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS, I WOULD APPRECIATE RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER AND I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR TIME.

    I completed the Webull income booster for $45 and the Experian income booster for $5 offered by Steady well over a month ago; however, I have yet to receive my reward for either of them. I have tried to contact Steady multiple times now, but they have been unresponsive. Needless to say, I am sorely disappointed.

    The Webull offer explicitly states "Steady will send you $45 once you have met the fund requirement within 30 days of account open," which is an incredibly misleading statement.
