      Bought a front wooden door on September 2021. I have tried to reach out to HCO regarding warranty. there is a crack on near hardware, they have promised to sent someone a third party person to look at the damage but nobody has called or reached out. their point of contact. Autumn ********************************** has been given us the turn around for months now.

      Hi, 

      The customer contacted HCO with a complaint that there was a crack in her door. It was determined by HCO that the damage was caused by user misuse. The customer also mentioned that they had also replaced the *****************, therein voiding the warranty of the door, but in good faith, HCO still offered to give the customer's information to a third party contractor who could come take a look at the door and possibly repair it. HCO does not have its own warranty service technicians, so we enlist the assistance of a third party contractor. That third party contractor does have their own schedule and they make their own schedule. I, Autumn, did continuously send that company ************************** information and express the urgency of the matter. **************** then emailed letting me know that she had decided to go a different route and use a different contractor. Also, the turn around that **************** is mentioning has a lot to do with her not seeing my emails for one reason or another.
